veg room runs passive from the lobby beneath ,the inlet to the flower room now runs from the veg room which gives me two outlets this means the veg room is running very cool, the inlet for flower room usedto be just in the uninsulated part of the loft where it's mega hot when sun is on the roof that's we're my problems were coming from in the flower room it's all sorted now an I reckon I could run 2k now in flower

the flower room with lights out is now at 21 during the day, before it was hotter near 30 lights off temp lol

I reckon al get around 29 lights on in the flower room which will do for me

hope this makes sense just had a fattie

peace

hmmm i wouldnt fancy putting all of that in the loft though. greenhouse heaters and running through the night would be ok. plus you gotta keep the volume down too.

I agree mate before I spent a few hundred quid on sound proofing the loft I would never have done it, but I used some SA25 soundproofing foam 25mm thick on the floor then on top of that some soundproofing mat 2mm thick then under the aircon unit some anti vibration rubber matting and job done completely silent even at night time :) I have tested it.

Edited to add the biggest pain in the ass was single handedly carrying a portable aircon unit up the ladder and into the loft due to the loft entrance being not much bigger than the unit, but after a few days of a saw back and shoulders and a near death experience, its all good. lol

lol im familiar with the loft and near death experiences. and you gotta remember they ALWAYS put the hole at the top of the stairs to increase your chance of a bad fall.. its just a matter of time.. touch wood

Rather warm and sunny here today, very nice indeed. Plants in the greenhouse basking in the rays, had the greenhouse insulation delivered today, too hot in there now to install it.

hiya,,yeah,,weather is a bitch bit would rather have it colder then those very hot days, got a lovely average 76 to 78deg at the moment,,,,peace and safe growing s2

Not with aircon, dehumidifier and oil rads on temprature socket http://www.tlc-direct.co.uk/Main_Index/Heating_Index/Therm_1/index.html ;)
running though the night to save costs on aircon. Peace

as an electrician I didnt even realise they existed....

Come in very handy if you have the space to put a oil filled radiator somewhere in the room as an ultimate backup :) I saw me mates 30 pot dwc go to total shit 3/4s of the way into flower cos of temp problems a few years ago he had his lights off at night and the place was freezing...he was almost suicidal lol
