I bet someone close, neighbor, friend, enemy, somebody who knew or suspected you were growing, snitched and the cops followed up on that lead. You think they would do a knock and talk first to confirm if you were legal or not and then make the bust or leave you alone. I don't know canadian law, but if you have paperwork all should work out.

Yes. I have my Health Canada licenses to possess and grow medical cannabis. The power company never knew i had a license when they ratted on me.

As I mentioned my friend...should've told them before hand. This never would have happened.....Oh well...hindsight is always 20/20....lesson learned albeit the extremely hard way.

Headband. When the cops sifted through my garbage bag, they found old potting soil and discarded trim, stalks,etc.. I shred all my envelopes and anything with my name on it.This shouldn,t have happened. I been raided six times already.

I don't know how many successful cases have been bought up against our Gov.or the hydro company for MAKING MISTAKES ..Seeing as though lawyers are as slimmy as the rest of them this info might be hard to find.I do know that certain disrticts had to give back ppl's equipment after these illegal raids which again I assumed was all part of their plan to fuck ppl up.
The deeper you read the worse they all get and the banks/hydro/cable and any other company that could squeal like a pig will.. I know a person that worked in one of these companies and he was told " if you see anyone smoking cannabis or doing anything illegal it's also your JOB to report it to us!!!!! WTF is that BULLSHIT!!!!
Get a good lawyer see if he might work on a contingency fee basis and go after the bank for this one headband 707

Man I really feel for you legal or not we all fear for this. There are alternate means of power, such as solar or wind generated power that could really help you to take the strain off of your power consumption. You could in the future compost your trim and medium and maybe even reuse it. Also keeping money in your acct. that you cannot account for is not a very good idea either. The cops notified the power company but you don't know why. There is more to the story that you are not seeing or you are not saying. They looked through your trash before they talked to the power company. They did t rat you out. You have to figure out why the cops were in your trash in the first place. When you find out what brought the cops to your trash, then you know who ragged you out.sorry to hear though. When you get raided, its time to move and set up with a different name. If the cops already got you in the past they will just keep getting your info because its in your name. Change the name and move and it will be hard to find you. Making people think you got raided becase you were using 1000 Watts is crazy.

You POSSESS approved license's FROM HEALTH CANADA for

1."license to possess dried marihuana"
2. "license to produce marihuana"
3. "License to obtain marihuana seeds"
4. "license to obtain dried marihuana"

And your licenses are renewed, and currently valid?

You also OWN your property? Or rent?

If you rent do you have the approved "property owner consent" form?

If you have all of that, and were operating directly under health canada's regulations, your case will not stand in court, and you may even be given back what was taken from you, AS HAS HAPPENED RECENTLY in canada, in the same type of situation you are describing.

Sorry for your misfortunes man,but your story sounds a little f'd up.If u'r licenced,up to spec and not dealing,how can this happen?
My licence should arrive any time now,(first timer) and the first place I'm going when it does is to the local RC detach to invite them and the fire marshal to inspect my gear.last thing I want is some gung ho's bashing in my door and shootin my dogs @5 am.So please fill me in,is this how legit med growers can expect to be treated?
