HGO .... Killer thread bro .. Looking forward to the update you've got in store!!

Couple quick Qs .... Do you use straight coco or coco/peat mix (like ss4)? What's your thoughts on using coco cruttons for a mulch layer vs hydroton? And I'm trying to get some small(size of hydroton) pumice pebbles to put as a base so it doesn't hold water, diseases or bugs?

That's a nice drying rack you got lol

Final Thoughts

Final Thoughts

High all, first off thank you all for your patients and for following along on this grow. I had several problems during this grow that really hit on my numbers, during mid flower I got a water pump AND fan failure at the same damn time, the plants were very badly stressed, nearly dehydrated and burned to death but they managed to survive somehow (nature will find a way) but that wasn't the end of my problems, I also got PM and because of the summer heat inevitably I got some burnt buds! Ugh live and learn huh? :)

Anyhow enough of the downer talk, although this grow did very bad the bud was enjoyed by all, it didn't hang around for long so lets get some numbers up...

KarmaTrain: 110g
LA Con: 85.3g
GranDoggy Purple: 85.9g
Plant 6 / Critical Mass: 125g
Plant 4 / Critical Mass: 115.7g
Casey Jones: 112g
Plant 5 / Critical Mass 95.2g
Plant 3 / kalishnapple: 98g
Plant 10 / Chem DD: 108.8g
Giesel: 78g
Giesel: 108.4g
Cheese: 137g
SSSDH: 97g
Sour D Riri: 68g
Unknown: 75.4g
Plant 1 / Kalishnapple: 45.4g
Super Silver Haze: 65.6g
Mix / PM affected bud: 45.4g

Total: 1786.3g / 63.7oz

Would ya believe it, the Cheese out yielded everything! Bahahahaha, she's a special cut but unfortunately I lost her along with Critical Mass and karmaTrain!! I'm very very angry at myself over that :shakeshead:

Without saying I was disappointed with the results but 4Lb is 4Lb, I know where the mistakes were made and for now I am done growing with stacked bulbs in doughnut vert setups, I think it is more productive to have 6 plants per 600 than 6 plants per 1200w, I think there is a fella around here that likes to say 'plant numbers dictate yield'? hehe!

The Sativa tent was a disaster, I had to take one of the 600w bulbs out at early flower because they were getting fried, I let them get out of control.

No conclusions should be had about any of the strains that I grew, they were badly treated and never got a chance, a full test needs to be done on them all again but strains that stuck out to me were:

Critical Mass
karmaTrain (Duh)
Kalishnapple
Cheese
Casey Jones

They all have huge potential.

I'm already planning out my next grow. It will be 5 trays/600s with 6 plants per bulb and yet again another grow with unknown plants, I still have about 20 unlabeled plants that need to be sorted, once I finally get these done I'll be able to sort my 30 odd strains down to 3-5 (hopefully) it's gonna be hard but it has to be done.

Look out for my new thread, t'will be coming very soon ;)

Thanks again everyone.
HGO
