Day 23 in veg........I'll be cutting the light back in a few days. They were fimmed a few days ago to help control the height in flowering.

They are loving life right now. I kicked up the ppm to 1250, which they reacted positively to. Also added some enzymes to break down the organic fertilizer that has built up in the soil. Curious just how tall these plants are going to get............ I read short, I read tall and I read scrog- I may just stake each plant once and go from there. I can always add some netting down the road if they stretch too much.

Actually, I shoot the camera thru my "color-correcting" sunglasses which removes the yellow from the high pressure sodium bulbs. The pic's come out much better this way....... and it's easier to see the true room. If you look closely at my pics, you can see the sun glass frames.

The room is lit by 2 1000 watt HP lights, run at max so it's actually 2200 watts. The plant footage is 6.5 ft. wide by 5.5 ft. deep. I run 6 plants across in each row- 4 rows deep, so total= 24 plants. As I said previously, some strains it works great, mainly indicas. Others strains this would not be recommended. If you did a short veg period, that would allow less favorable strains too. I used to use 5 gallon pots, now I'm down to 4 gallon pots which works just as well. I use soiless soil (pro mix), lime, BOtanicare ferts, perlite, etc.

Hey Ursus......... your pic's looked great. Loads of purple in your buds. How long did you flower for, how was your final weight and how was the potency? Also, any mold issues, etc. Thanks Bud!

I might of taken it to 10 weeks. I think it said 8-9, but I usually take mine a little longer. I did a diary on it for myself. I just uploaded 3 more pics to my album so see how they took off in flower. They SHOT up. I used HPS the whole way through only 150watts for 2. Like i said it was my FIRST grow, but I think i got a little under 4 ozs. I had humidity and other temp issues. Potency is great. no mold what-so-ever even at my more humid than normal temps. cheers.

It's funny with this strain. Some report is really stretches. Others claim not bad at all. I'm thinking, because of the Lambs Breath in it, which is 100% sativa, it needs a lot of light or it will stretch more then normal. I guess we'll see soon enough.....but at day 9 in flowering, I'd say not out of the ordinary so far.

for what it is worth, my lambsbreath wasn't stretchy, but did spiral up the main cola before filling out. Then again, when I grew it everything in that 8kw garden was a tree. haha

Day 11 in flowering. Buds are starting to form. They didn't stretch as much as I thought they would but I'm guessing they still have another 6 inches or so to go. I watered last night with a ppm at 1250 with a full dose of everything: 50/50 Pure Blend Pro Grow and Bloom, Cal/Mag, Sweet, Sensizym, Aqua Shield, Liquid Karma and Silica. Very healthy, no problems or complaints. Pic's from this morning:
