No, not depressing at all! At 99 days from seed, they were very much ready to come down; they had basically no leaves left on them at all. I was just waiting until the weather or bugs or whatever got too bad and I had to pull them down. I'm really pleased that I got them down as soon as I did. As it is, I only lost maybe 2g of but to mold.

Edit: I did some trimming; it looks like I lost a few more grams than I thought. Still not too bad. It's just for personal smoke so I'll vape around the mold.

Final weight, 95.6g! Almost 3.5 oz. 4 from the runt, 26 apiece from the indica phenos and 39.2 from the larger sativa pheno. It's excellent quality, too. Not that I've never had better or anything, but it's the best I've smoked in quite a while.

Harvest photos, as promised. I've been at work 13 hrs a day and spending the rest of my time with the multiple sets of family members who've come to visit (including during drying week - arrrgghhh!!) so needless to say it's been tough getting to these photos.

The first two photos of are the little fucker who burrowed into the stalk of the larger, more sativa pheno. I'm not sure what kind of damage he did, but I highly doubt that there were no ill effects.

The third photo is just after weigh-in (3.41oz). The last two photos may introduce themselves.

Update time!!!

I checked the test plot. It's not doing as hot as I'd like. The leaves on the rocklock are yellowing very prematurely, and it's just not looking as nice as I'd hoped. The chocolope there died, but I can't say I didn't expect it, it had been going downhill for a while.

This is the worst plot I have in terms of sunlight, bugs, humidity, etc. so I'm not really worried about these ladies. They should still net me a 1/4lb or so if everything goes okay from here on out. I'm going out today to hit them hard with some FloraNova and maybe some other stuff, not sure yet.

Otherwise, I'm pleased with what I found. they're 2-3 weeks into flower, so I know the rest of them, at much higher elevation, are even further along.

It's the lemon skunk that's so frosty; the rocklock is the big one. The other smallest one is The Church. She was always a runt.

Correct me if I'm wrong, your not far from the dragon? My suggestion is go up in altitude just a bit! LOL always love the upper altitudes but the grow time is shorten but still August is more then achieveable of late.

Update time!!!

I've been super busy with family coming to town and working 12 hour days but I managed to make it out to the last plot I planted yesterday for the first time since the planting. There were six lovely ladies waiting for me, all beginning to flower very nicely. I couldn't be happier right now. I'll split the photos into 3 posts, with each post representing 1 separate small plot (2 plants).

The first three photos in this post are of the Chocolope (@~4ft and sprawling), the next three of are the Roclock (~6.5ft).

The next plot has Blue Lemon Thai and Green House Seeds Super Bud. I honestly can't remember which plant is which, but the first two photos I suspect are the Super Bud given its short stature. If that's the case, that Blue Lemon Thai is a real powerhouse. The other 5 are of her.

The last plot is by far my favorite, simply for the Critical Mass 33. She's waaay ahead of all the others in flowering and she already has some decent weight on her. The buds are beautiful too. The Green Bud right next to her is doing well also, but she's much smaller. She's gonna be a popsicle. hehehe

The first two are the Green Bud, the rest are Critical Mass 33.

The photos you're referring to are from my test plot. It's really close to home so I can check it more easily, but it's lower in altitude than the others. All of the other 3 are on mountain tops. If last update is any indication, I'd say all three are doing pretty well right now.

I still have 1 more plot that I've never checked since I planted it. It's a pretty quick in-and-out, I just have to get a few hours together to be able to make it out there. I've checked my biggest plot (9 plants) periodically and I know it's doing really, really well. You can see the photos a few pages back.

Plants looking good! I have to ask, how far away before you can smell them? That is the one problem I have, no way can Leroy or some redneck picker can spot in this terrain more then 50' if that, but the smell is what they are looking for.

This one time that I visited this one plot, it wasn't bad at all. I couldn't smell them until I was close enough to touch them. But the last time I visited my big plots, I had a hard time finding some of them...until my nose did. That was right after a rain.

I don't think anyone's gonna be hunting these woods tho, too steep and too small, and too many houses nearby. Also there are a ton of other plants here that produce a skunky smell, most notably the rhododendrons.

I went to the plot with 6 The church and the Exodus cheese today for the first time. They were all long gone. Looked like some kids got to them. Oh well, 18 left!

I grew Lemon Skunk and then a friend lost my cut. It was an A-Mazing plant. Im going to buy it again if I can for next season. So damn frosty in a jar it sparkled and you can't see the stem

Update time!!! These are from six days ago. Work's had me pretty backed up on this stuff. Test plot's not looking too great, but nothing to be real disappointed in either. Out of 3 plants left in this plot, only 1 kept its lower branches. The other two are bare up to about 3.5 feet, then have a little cluster of bud on top. The Rocklock is full up to the top but it has no fan leaves left and it's already losing bud leaves. I'm not sure why this is. It still looks like I'll get quite a few ounces out of the patch, so I won't cry too much about it.

First photo is the Rocklock and the (very pitiful, and the only one left) The Church. Next two photos are Rocklock closeups, you can see how airy the buds are.

The last three photos are the star of the group, the Lemon Skunk. She's looking very frosty and plump.

Update time!!!
This is my 21st photo update, and very possibly my last before harvest.

I made it out to my big plot yesterday, all 9 were still there and doing pretty well! They ran out of nutes way too early, but for a 'set-it-and-forget-it' kind of grow like this, that can be expected. I'm going to give them all about 3 more weeks, then chop. I may leave a few out a little longer if they're still kind of scraggly (*coughcough* *lemonkush* *coughcough*).

First up is NYC Diesel. (one mini-plot per post)

I have no clue how I got this super macro shot to come out so clear while the wind was blowing (I specifically remember a strong gust hitting right as I was going to take this photo) but maybe I should have super macro'd a few more.
