well dude don't know what to say other then thank god your almost done cause the damage is done if anything i would transplant into new soil and pray for what its worth pretty much your last resort or say the hell with it and chop cause once that reaches buds it will make buds look like shit when dryed

Mate ... I 'm not sure you should see dissolved salts as a result of over fert with fish emulsion.

is it possible that what you previously identified as a severe P/K deficiency was an incorrect diagnosis and the damage you're seeing NOW is the result of whatever caused you to identify a severe deficiency ... and NOT over-application of fish emulsion.

time to put the thinking cap back on. what else might it have been than a P/K deficiency?

in any case as said above ... if a big flush won't fix things it's probly too late.

The leaves praying badly are telling me that there was/is a CalMag issue (probably a lockout from incorrect ph levels).
Hope things work out for you whatever course you decide to take!

Peace,
KF

Thanks DrFever. It's day 67 of a supposed 70 and a lot of the calyxes are swollen but no amber triches. So I cut the buds most in danger (of course it was all the big ones) and I'll play a waiting game with the rest. I would've thought at least some of the triches would darken by now. I guess the lesson here is if you want it done right , you have to do it yourself.

You know, I wondered about my original diagnosis but after researching I narrowed it down to an P/K/iron deficiency. I check PH and fertility with one of those cheap electronic probe devices. Although I don't trust them too much, it's all I have and the only thing it ever told me was wrong was too little nutrients (way low) and that was when I had spotted that there was a problem. Before that I didn't even bother checking because it was cruising on auto pilot. The other 2 plants that I fertilized are booming. Probably the nicest plants I've ever grown. The only diff is those 2 are 3 weeks behind the others. People, I really appreciate all the help with this. Thanks.

If it's just a question of going 50/50 amber trichomes.........How important is the ratio of a body/mind high to you?
If they are all milky and you are just waiting for them to go amber, I personally wouldn't play the wait and see game and maybe even lose more of what you have now.
Chalk this one up to experience and enjoy the head buzz.
Just my personal two bits here...No matter what you end up doing, here's wishing you all the best!!!!!!

Good Luck
