Support the Truth in Trials Act
Write to Congress Today!

A bipartisan coalition of lawmakers has reintroduced legislation that aims to protect state-authorized medical marijuana patients and their providers from federal prosecution.

House Bill 6134, The Truth in Trials Act, provides an affirmative defense in federal court for defendants whose actions were in compliance with the medical marijuana laws of their state.

Seventeen states -- Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Hawaii, Maine, Michigan, Montana, New Jersey, New Mexico, Nevada, Oregon, Rhode Island, Vermont and Washington -- have enacted laws protecting medical marijuana patients and their providers from state prosecution. Yet in all of these states, patients and providers still face the risk of federal sanction -- even if their activities are fully compliant with state law.

Passage of the Truth in Trials Act would codify legal protections for defendants caught between state and federal laws, ensuring that they can cite state law as a legal defense in federal trials.

It states: "Any person facing prosecution or a proceeding for any marijuana-related offense under any Federal law shall have the right to introduce evidence demonstrating that the marijuana-related activities for which the person stands accused were performed in compliance with State law regarding the medical use of marijuana."

HR 6134 is now before the House Committee on the Judiciary. Please write your members of Congress today and tell them to protect state-authorized medical marijuana patients and their providers. For your convenience, a prewritten letter will be e-mailed to your member of Congress when you visit NORML's Take Action Center here:

Thank you for assisting NORML's federal law reform efforts.

Sincerely,
The NORML Team

nice to know man....those cuts are straight legend around here. Good to know where they came from..

Used to get that cherry lime ak and the cherry lime haze all the time up in nederland...Buddy still has a cut of the cherry lime...I want.....bad...

any pics of the jack candy...guessing this cut is still here as well probably just got renamed, as there are a few random jack esq cuts around as well.

NEBU we need more info on the lineage of the cherry lime?

I believe I heard cherry ak x limelight at one point...please direct us...

also what are your feelings about the use of said cuts in other breeding projects

Apologies for the reply lag! (not on here often)

There's not much more to say on the lineage of the Cherry Lime hybrids... as I wrote, they are all iterations of the Cherry AK47 x "Jack Candy" (Jack Flash F2) as I was working both parent lines to S2F4 (selfed twice, then F4 generation of that S2), which is my tech for trait selection (100% female for the entire process) and producing true F1 hybrids. I like doing test crosses along the way to gauge progress. All those "Cherry Lime _____" clones were "tests".

I never sent either of the parentage, so I would not expect those to be around. Both certainly have provided some excellent breeding genetics over all these years. I branched off on the selection, in-breeding process quite a bit (e.g. creating an additional haze dominant line from that Jack Flash F2, etc.,). Fun stuff. :)

Cheers!

The Cherry-Lime cut I run will produce some of the best full melt I've ever smoked :dance013:

I popped 3 packs of bubba to find that purple pheno - I've got Nestor's Rectangle cut (he popped 6 packs & found the one fire pheno you see on KindReviews & such) in veg and GTH 5 in 4 weeks in, too. Aaand i finally found a Moonshine Haze pheno that I think is EXTREMELY close to the one Moonshine* won with in Amsterdam.

StrainMan popped a pack of star killers and came up with some true herms (not females with nanners, but both male & female flowers on it) - he said the leeroy he popped did the same.

The genetic material's all there for FIRE but you need either good luck or a lotta beans to find the hidden potential.

True i guess i got lucky with my first Star Killers i popped 2 Both were Females 1 very Tall that smells like Sky walker with a limey OG smell and a nice structure(If i would have trained) and the other is small on day 27 with not very much smell but we will see how she does

Picked up some Red Headed Stranger oil and pre-roll. Lingering, powerful smoke left me in a daze. It's fun getting hash high from flowers. The oil really does smell like green curry and carries over into the flavor. Great work!

Everybody know, CO is the place to grow.

Cranberry. Just shy of 8 weeks, 12 on/12 off.

She colors a nice dark reddish-purple during any time of the year except summer, apparently. You can kinda get an idea of color from some of the under-ribs and edges of leaves. Temps are high. High 80's during the day, low 70's at night still.

Picked up a cool lil toy at the B.I.G. Tradeshow last week: the iSpy by Kindstack - turns the camera on an iPhone 4 to 60x scope with additional light - handy for on-the-spot examination and the pix ain't too shabby!

any of you heads out there in the rectangle found stinging nettle growing anywhere?

i got seeds and planted it in the back yard but A) there is not enough of it, and B) i don't think it likes our low Rh so i'm not sure it is going to come back next year

anyone ?????

I have only found it while fishing the high streams for brookies. I think it needs the thinner air and colder temps near timber line but never looked into it. I just try to avoid it since it can tear into waders.

Be careful Incredible about posting pics from smartphones, and most new digital cameras since they have an added filter that lists gps locations of pics.
