"more than a small amount" sounds vague, maybe its meant to be like that, or the translation to english is poor....as far as i know 5 plants is ok....

thanks for links...seems a bit contradictory..you can have 5 plants but not more than 15g, obviously if you harvested 5 plants you will have a lot more.....so then it becomes criminal.....would be good to hear from anyone who's been in that situation i.e got busted with say 50g..what the penalty was etc

If you're a foreigner on a visa, don't push the boundaries, for a Czech it wouldn't be too much of a problem.
As a foreigner you'll definitely experience a double standard and probably get sent home, maybe kicked in the balls by the celni sprava too.

Only hypothetical,seems odd the law is contradictory thats my point.....
CZ is a laid back place so this probably won't actually be an issue.
Essentially if you have 5 plants in your yard, that's okay
They're not gonna come back and make sure it yielded less than 15g.
If you caught with a half kg from those 5 plants in your car though, that's another issue all together.
czech authorities don't really give a shit about MJ unless you're a foreigner trying to get rich from it.
Yes the law is different as you say. It depands on the Arbiter you meet in the court and if they show a sale or not, etc.. There are a lot of factors. I know some cases say per 1kg only condition, but it can be different for foreigners. If you grow 5 plants and act secretly, there shouldn't be any problem then, but you have to be quiet about what you do
