I will soon be closer to 40 than 30. I was not excited about this. That being said, My kids friends think I am hot as fuck. That makes me happy.

You are only as old as you want to be. Your body will start to show signs no matter how fit you are though.

Whenever I see my friends from school, they look old, a few have 3-4 kids, lots have homes and multiply wives. Im hit the 40 in Feb i dont have any kids, my mother really hates that, but i dont feel old, why is that?

I have felt 'old' at less than 30 years of age( poor sleep and eating habits, cigs, etc.). I guess I am old in years but do not let it get in my way if I can help it.

Get some good sleep if you can and do some exercise. You will feel 'younger' right away.
