Put dudes on the spot about it not being a legit cut...showed them a few pics from this thread and they had a dumb look.on their face then dude tried to sell me cuts of it sayin its the new OG after I showed him pics of the one I had lol...think im 41 days in

so ive been smoking on some cookies from a club, and then some cookies from a fellow grower. And then some cherry pie from the same grower. And i gotta say i almos prefer the cherry pie. The cookie has a stronger stone, but i feel like the cherry pie had a stronger taste, and a more 'yummy' smell/taste. the cherry pie reminds me of a cherry pixy stick gods gift. Like a tart gdp.
I feel like cherry pie x og should have produced something even tastier than the cookies. does anyone else feel this way too?

I am very impressed by the cherry pie and I would agree that I think she smells and tastes better. The cookies are definitely stronger like you said but that cherry pie is d licious! I expect my next run of cherry pie to be even better, the first batch came down at 55 days and I think she could have used 1 more week!

I too am very interested in knowing what the animal cookies smells and taste like. Can you fill us in prop or unknown? Not many people have this cut from what I gather...

Damn!! 55 days is early. I usually try to let her go later (about 62-64 days) just becuase the colors will get her sold that much sooner. The cherry is known for it's tastiness but the high is very sativa dominant. If it's cash cropped and picked too early (more like 42-49 days) it'll barely even get you high and yield will be effected.. Id still have to say It's prob one of my favorite day time smokes when it's done right.

Like most strains the high gets stronger and more "couch lock" the later you pull her. The cookies on the other hand are more couchlock picked at 5 weeks than the cherry will prob ever be.

Its Two completely different highs. But I guess you'll have something for everyone with these two in your garden.

The only thing with the cherry is the stability issues so many people report. Although the pollen is supposedly never viable try telling that to someone your wholesaling the elbows to. Luckily the cherry I have has never shown instability issues, either way I'm prob gonna get rid of her soon here as she looks way too much like tbe OGKB cut and I can see this causing me some confusion at some point. Id def say I prefer the cherry also. I smoked some of the OGKB last night and I was so high I damn near ate a whole fucking sourdough baguette and roll of spicy salami in the middle of the night....

cherry has more sharp GDP like smells but i feel the taste isnt as good when smoked compared to cookies...cherry does turn more dark purple on the tips...it looks so damn similar to the OGKB cut they have to be related..

this is just a guess, but id venture to say that the ICmag cut is the f1durban x OG because i see zero influence of cherrypie, and animal was made from IC cut because they look so damn similar in veg. whereas the OGKB cut is Cherry Pie x OG...

animal smells almost same as the ickmag cut they are very similar...leans towards OG.
