yeah the out gassing has been a real pain in the ass. i hope my newest theory turns out to be the correct one, so i can finally grow normally in there. but the maintenence having to come in the middle of a run is a massive bummer. would have been smoking on those CC etc in about 7 weeks. but if i can get them to root and re veg, i'll still be able to run them and show what those ladies can do.

Off-gassing is a bitch. Buddy of mine is going through the same deal, he just painted his veg cab and his plants are dieing off so its obvious he used the wrong kind of paint unfortunately. I trip out how off-gassing can even have an effect in rubber lines and shit, that is crazy. I have been lucky and havent had any issues with it but I have had some friends go through hell fighting it.

i never had this problem before myself either, in fact it was a right shock to me to see that happen live. as it happens i have a mate who had this happen to him years back. he had put some new flooring in and it was worse then my situation as the plants didnt survive beyond 2 weeks once in that room. in the end it was the technicians from canna who came up with the off gassing answer. meanwhile i've read about it in grow tents and watering main lines.

will be interesting to see if it really is the watering tube when i set up again, if all goes as planned.

cheers man, but it's not over yet m8. managed to save all the sour star females, as well as the fly hooker girls i had in there. also took clones of a bunch of plants that were just too big to be up rooted and moved. spoilt for genetics right now with the chronic chem dog girls 1 and 2 and the 4 d - kush ladies. then i have 2 sour jack, 6 sour power, 13 cheese x sour amnesia, 9 magenta 99, 2 Sour amnesia and 3 kali destroyer all newly popped. gonna be hard keeping on top of so many mums in such a small mum space so the later batch of seedlings will be flowered directly.

well as i shut down it isn't really a security issue. had i bluffed my way through to harvest it might have been risky. but the room is spick and span now with not a crumb of thc in the place. everything taken down and boxed up. i even cut my grey table tops in half just to make them easier to hide lol. even my wall came down separating the from entrance section from the grow room. in a week or so i should be able to set up again, maybe 2 weeks.

the main thing is that i was able to save al the special genetics i had growing in there. and the clones have all rooted, so i'll be flowering some chemdog kush and chronic chem dog along with a bunch of seedlings in my small space, can't wait to finally see these babies finish. more importantly i can't wait to be smoking on them lol.

hehe, thanks man, appreciate it. things should be up again in a few weeks. i do plan to only set up 2 lamps at first, just to see if i am right and the off gassing was caused by the watering main lines on the table. no point in risking a biggish set up if the plants are gonna grow like shit. have to get that sorted. just really pleased that my chemdog kush from karma genetics rooted so fast and well and the chronic chem dog females just a couple of days after.
