Let's not feed the trolls guys, no need :D

$285k is a pretty decent price for that area. It's way out there, and there are very few places going for that kind of money that don't have large acreage tracts.

Gotta keep in mind that in that area you can pick up a 4 bedroom on an acre of land for $85k

So, $285k, yeah, makes since to me. If it hadn't been for the publicity, it would have gone for less, IMHO.

And a guy that makes cheese is probably the only one that could have bought that house without getting a visit from the local constabulary weekly :biglaugh:

Really?! What kind of area is that? Here in Socal you can't pick up a tenth of an acre for less than half a million. $285k easily amounts to a 2 bedroom condo or house built in the 1930's. Can you really get 4 bedroom for 85k? That's ridiculously low. I haven't seen land for that low (without the house) even when I was living in the boonies out in western Mass.

I'm confused about something. In one post it says the owner was killed in a one car accident,in another it says he got 18 years?

Was it Bruce Pearl?

well alls i can say is he lives in rutherford county and he has nothing to do with the weed growin what so ever .. he uses the lights and all to grow herbs for commercial use .. he uses nft tables in a huge garage .. when he first bought the equipment two months later the dea tried to raid his herb garden and he won a big law suit from it .. it was funny as hell the gov is so stupid sometimes .. they said that he must have been growin weed since he bought all that equipment .. even thou he has all the legal docs to do so they still fucked with him .. fuckin feds they are really retarted .. they even stoped the media from taping the fuckup and the news from reporting it .. make no mistake the media is controled by the gov ..

Hello all,

Yeah, everybody's just dying to get that good tenessee bud, Cali bud is nothing but hype.

They are all leaving Cali in droves for TN.

minds_I

well they basically legalized it in '98 when Tennessee passed the nations first medical marijuana bill.
that's the only reason all those folks drive from california to TN for their bud.
It has nothing to do with growing conditions :jerkit:

I think a couple of you Cali boys let your heads get swole up just a tad...First it's Amsterdam, then Cali. I'd rather smoke some backyard TN skunk than the majority of the stuff in Cali. OG everything has to get boring.
