...these next were freebies from a seedorder from back in '07 and there was some confusion as to what they were, ...when i bought them the website said the freebies were SSH but when they arrived they were unlabled and the freebies being given by that site at that time had changed from SSH to Mazar I Sharif.

...judging by how sativa they are i'm guessing SSH.

...they look even more sativa the older they get too, lol.

...and here are a couple variety's i traded for with a friend in the UK.

...first is White Diesel x Pimp Dawg.

as you can see, only 2 of 4 popped, ...thick shells, lol, next time i scuff them.

...these next are Critically Smashed x Pimp Dawg and these i had 3 of 4 emerge.

Closet came together nicely, can't wait to see them blow up under that 600w.

I too took a trip down to the dollar store and seen they're selection. They have a bunch of different size containers that would be perfect for hempys. Looking good man, Good luck with the grow.

Likin the looks of the new room brother SOG

I too am setting up a new grow rooms in a different house cuz the bank took the house from the LL . i don't have any pics yet cuz as i was starting the build we became grandparents for the first time & gettin the camera from the wife right now is DAMN impossible

I'm setting up in an attic this time & the heat has me a little concerned , but i'm sure i can handle it . gonna have a clone/seedling & small veg space , a 4 x 4 veg room with a 250 watt MH & a 4 x 8 flower room with my 2 600's air cooled .

I have 6 SSH in 1 gallon coco hempys waiting to go in as soon as things are ready . i see your using Captian ahabs 2 gallon trash can idea , should work great for ya


I'll pull up a seat & keep an eye out if ya don't mind me takin up the space

congrats on the new grandbaby my friend, i have 2 now with the oldest now nearing 4 and his brother 2 and a half so both are at really cool ages, ...you're gonna have a blast man, lol.

...congrats on the new space too brother, ...it still amazes me sometimes how closely our grows parallel, and i have every confidence you'll figure a way to manage the heat, ...one way or another, lol.

thanks man, i've been kinda lax on the pics now that the space is pretty much done but i now have 2 confirmed females and 2 confirmed males out of the 20 new seedlings.

i'll try and take some pics tonight or tomorrow but until i flip there ain't much to see, lol.

Looks good. I love hempy buckets with coco. I have had several hempy runs, and I can tell you that if you want the most explosive growth, water/feed every day. I know you can wait 2 or 3 days between feedings, but I have found much more explosive growth with daily feeding. Plants develop hydro roots and they grow just like hydro. Fast! I used to be lazy with this and water every couple or even three days in 5 gallon buckets, but since then I have found that growth is much faster if you hit them every day until run off. Even if it's only one cup of water in the beginning, it makes a huge difference as the plants are getting freshly oxygenated water daily and the growth rate is startling, and you are making hydro roots. No danger of over watering because of the coco.

...now here's a few shot's featuring some of the new seedlings that i've potted up into some of my old 3liter soda-bottle hempy's so i can sex them, ...i'll be glad when this part is done so i can get down to really dialing in the space.

One question for ya brother ..... how are ya emptying the green catch trays ? once the plants become entwined in the nets , your not going to be able to pick them up to empty them .
thats the one reason i went with the flood tables , i put 1 small hole on one end , tilt the trays so that they flow forward & have a catch tray under the hole . this has made it a ton easier to get rid of the runoff .

was gonna show ya a pic , but my photobucket isn't workin right now .

...you know how it is bro, lol, there's always something in a new build that could have used more thought, ...shit, i'm lucky if this is the only design flaw i have to deal with!

No problem on the drain trays just get yourself a Buckethead and bucket from Home Depot for $25 and you can suck out any excess runoff. Really nice and clean setup you have built man, much respect.
