Hello friends, esbe, MC, Seismic, bocil :smoke out: im glad you found this thread :D flowering will start soon...

well nettle brew... its old recipe which people use for centuries here, in their gardens... and its pretty simple... theres also more kinds of these brews, depends on what herbs or mixes of herbs you use.. this nettle brew is great for vegging, but there can be made brew for flowering also... this how i make it becomes bit stinky :D i would not use it indoor.. but i can say you it smells much less than fish mix from biobizz which people use indoor normally :D

so you need fresh nettles, those young are best, not those tall with woody stems... then you cut it to small pieces, put it to some jar and you need material to be under water... because its brew you need to heat it somehow... heat it but not to be boiling.. so i close the jar nad simply put it on the sun :D once a day i open it and stir it to get air there, it kills pathogens... i do it by hand but you can use some little pump for it.. after 3 or 4 days i put material out of water.. it becomes more thick.. mix it with water and use it... plants love it as you can see, you can grow real trees with this...

thx Krull bro.. details: no pics :D i built it myself, so greenhouse has some angles which are out of human imagination :D the most important thing is cover, its best cover available to me http://www.ginegar.com/htmls/home.aspx

when i first mow the garden on spring, i found two bottles with nettle fertilizer probably 2-3 yrs old stinky less than fishmix??? this is one of most killer tools to humiliate someone something like fall into the sump

yes my homebrew stinks less than fish mix! i insist on it no joke.. if i pour fish mix at you you will stink fro weeks... besides that i didnt talk about bottling it.. why to do it... and why to store it for years or even for months? its living and organic so keep it alive or throw it out... if it stinks like sump, its dead...

super cool fluffyclouds, nettle is fantastic!

what other kinds of herbs do you use for veg and for flowering brews? (comfrey, horsetail, yarrow, dandelion, chamomile...?)

when i make fermented extracts i usually steep for a bit longer, like two or three weeks and it smells more like septic and death yum yum its definitely worse than fish for me lol and it really lingers. funny how plants turn that putrid smell into the most delicious aromatic dankness

but yeah.. plants look great, would love to learn more about the other brews you use :)

hi Amber friend... wel maybe im just alergic to fish mix, but my brew smells like nettle, herbally... i use only this nettle brew for vegging.. for flowering i use biobizz bloom, cause im satisfied with it... but in past i used one special homebrew for flowering.. recipe: yarrow - but it has to be cropped in August, plus chamonile - against mold, and most important: hop buds :D but i think for bloom formula you still need more complex mix then this... i havent time or place to discover what mix of herbs is the best for cannabis sativa... or better: what mix is the best for certain strains, but if theres somebody who knows it and can prove it, im going to use it... meanwhile im using guano and little bb bloom which is proved in many cannabis gardens..

i think brewing can be magic, one musician made music brewing :D for example and i remember when i had lsd once i had idea of brain brewing hehe :D and in fact i dont believe in BIG BANG but in BIG BREWING hahaha:woohoo:

yeah if you want to store it, you have to store it in cold place, if not it stinks of course, but like i say without air you can get pathogens... if you put it in bottle it goes bad... brew can go bad pretty quickly.

Edit: old grandmas say to chop yarrow in July, around 10 a.m. :D

high fluffy :tiphat:
so the narrow for bloom tea is good for the better Phosphorus melting in soil (if there is not enough its not neccesary to use it)...chanomile is always good herb :D nettles must be taken before flowering - those young,,,young nettles are thru all summer at different places here...also some noname cannabis is very good material to make food

if you want to store it, its better to do from fresh material then dry herbs,,,just for some time, not few months :D and with some air as you have mentioned , - )

well and the time of harvest herbs is also practical and logical. all harvest is with some summer days before, for nettle at morning , cannabis before sun , and so on...

aggainst bud rot just some chanomile with much more horsetail , best combination - normal tea in flowering , the best thing. and after all - tabbaco and neem oil for predators :dance013:specially if you stay in south of rep. with those worms in stalks
