Edibles dosage

I have a friend who is on two forms of chemo in pill form. I wish I had more info regarding her treatment and*the type of cancer she has but unfortunately I don't. Her lungs are in real rough shape so vaping and smoking is completely out of the question. I have some good bubble made from ECSD and some of the chem cuts and I was wondering if anyone could give me a rough guideline on dosage in grams. I was going to make some brownies tonight since i know she likes them, was thinking 1/2 gram per brownie and telling her to eat a half of one and wait. Is there a guideline or is that amount way off base? * *Thank you very much.

I shoot for 1/10 of a gram per dose as a base, you can always eat two or three if needed and most do...

So I'd do two grams per pan and cut into 20 doses...

Depends on tolerance. Anywhere from 50-100mg would be a good start. You should check out slowandeasy's bho pill thread. Nice because of ease of ingestion. Good luck

I use 40grms per 1lb of butter and crock pot them on warm for several hours; BECAUSE thc binds to fat.

1/3rd cup per pan of brownies comes to 6.6666 grms per 16 brownies or .4grms of hash per brownie.

400mg may be a bit much, however it sounds like your friend is in a great deal of pain. I bet their body can handle a lot of cannibinoids.

I would start out small, maybe 50 mg / brownie at most if she doesn't have a tolerance. Too much might be unpleasant if she's not used to it. I've known lots of people who swear off edibles forever after their first experience if it's too strong for them.

She should really build up a tolerance so she can work her way up to stronger edibles. Hash can be an effective cancer treatment on its own with larger doses, not just a way to relieve the side effects of chemotherapy.

50-400 mg as a start is a pretty wild spread.

I'll say from experience bho pills with 25 mg properly decarbed will get a light smoker nicely high.

I'm a heavy heavy hash user and 400 would fuck my shit up. I take 250 tops usually but I am not the biggest guy either.

My advice figure their tolerance and size and start low to be safe, an intense edible trip can be an unpleasant 12 hour surprise...

I made them .1, or 100mg's & gave her instructions to start with a 1/2 and wait a few hours.

Thanks for the compassion guys, thanks doobie. I see her once a week usually, sometimes on weekeds. This past weekend she looked real bad (she's such a strong person, very inspirational) but the other morning she was doing great, and she started telling us it was because of the miracle drug she was on.... oxycodone She was also saying that even though she was doing good the doctor was worried about her weight. I was leary she would be receptive, she's not the type to be a smoker, but when I pulled her aside I said "If the oxy's start giving you bad side effects or you want to give something else a try I made some brownies for you". I was so nervous she wouldn't be receptive........... She started laughing & said "AWESOME, we were just talking about that this morning!" Then she screamed to the other women who I pulled her aside from and said "Leroy made me some marijuana brownies!!" And they all started joking around about eating 'em right then & there!

So 1.6grms of hash dissolved into the butter or oil used to make the brownies? What type of hash and what where the reported effects for your friend? I really hope she doesn't get hooked on oxy.
