Watch that video it is on Fox News one of the legal shows on there. We all know they do this and that asking for consent is meaningless when we know they will do it anyways. They have so many ways to make up reasonable cause that our constitution has been rendered inept due to court rulings on this issue. I hope drug dogs are eventually outlawed all together. The fact that cops get a cut of the drug money seized is beyond laying grounds for potential abuse of search and seizure laws and fully facilitates and encourages bad cops.

cops around here (bit place in northern europe) dont do that, sometimes steal the drugs and resell them but then your charges drop or the drug count goes down in your favor.

I know someone who got caught with 3 oz of amphetamine sulphate, 2 9bars of shit hash(soapbar) and £1800.
By the time he reached the police station there was 1 oz of phet, no dogshit bar, and no cash.......
I was at a rave in 98, went to the toilets to fill my my water bottle(from the tap) and witnessed plain clothes bill taking money away from a lad who they'd caught dealing pills--they took his cash, and sent him back out on the dancefloor with the rest of his pills--they also smoked crack while this was going down.

There is a video on youtube of the pigs planting drugs on a homeless woman--it only came out because it was caught on CCTV of the building they were outside. I think it was discussed by the young turks. The officers excuse?? They were playing a practical joke on the woman.

There should not be "incentives" for cops to due their duty... they aren't commissioned sales reps for crying out loud. I mean really, the dog smelled drugs in front in front of the car, near the engine? THEN after 15 minutes they find nothing? So what did the dog smell? Obviously nothing. But if we are to believe the officer, that the dog actually honestly indicated drugs, they know now it makes mistakes and should be decommissioned.

Sad thing is most will never be educated enough so this tool of liberty robbery will live on. Around here it's getting to the point if you refuse a search, they almost always call for a dog. The dog called will never be used properly, and then the search will begin. I remember barely being of age and having my license, getting pulled, the cop telling me that we all looked high and suspicious. Refused the search, along came the dog, the search began with the cop saying the dog alerted to my friend in the backseats backpack. Tore it apart only to find a carton of smokes that he let my friend who was very underage keep. Then proceeded to give me 6 tons of shit when I laughed at him about how the dog must've been alerted from me priorly smoking in the car another time. IT WAS A BRAND NEW CAR, litterally, off the lot maybe 3 hours lol. Douches.

good cops? 10 years back, when things were more sane around here, according to a expoliceman that tried to encourage positive change within the police department 90% of cops are assholes, exbullies and shit like that.

Sure the dogs can smell a fart in a tornado - but they are eager to play with the toy they get "IF" they find the drug. Couple that with corrupt cop handlers, and it's a licence to steal (from us - our rights, our freedoms and our weed).

Drug dogs are no better than Clever Hans, the horse that was thought to be able to complete simple arithmetic. Turns out he was just good at noticing a raised eyebrow or a scratched head...

Dogs are 1000% times better at picking up subtle cues.

If a dog is no smarter than a 2 year old, and I cant even cross examine him in court, how is this a just search? this is what it comes down to.

cops are fucking dirty! thats why i use dirty tactics when i ride with any bud/glass or anything illegal. in the past 2 years when i get pulled over i use my dirty trick and cops send me on my way with-in 30-60 seconds of contact. i used this trick last week when i was pulled over for slightly speeding and the cop said to me slow down and wished me luck haha! for anyone who is riding with stinky ass weed you must learn this trick, so pm me if ya intrested. i dont want my secret to be blown-up but for under $10 you can have peace of mind that lasts at least 20 times before u need more! once you hear this you will shit your pants and wonder why no one else thought of it before. i am not a salesman but i am quite proud of myself in how i made a product work for me that wasnt intended for the way i use it

Potential? We're already there, it's real, and it's horrendous. And if the cops can't get her done, the IRS will!

I've seen this in person where the dog did nothing but the cop said "he hit" a couple of times. The cop walked the dog to the back of the car and the dog was standing next to the trunk where the skunk weed was and didn't even notice then the cop walked the dog to the front of the car and said he hit. There was no pot in the car itself - not even a roach or pipe - clean! I don't even think that was a drug dog! these Homers just stopped by someones house and snagged a family pet to use! We need to ALL get on this dog bullshit and get that shit thrown out of court...maybe someone can figure out how to set them up and video it a few hundred times...
