well heres the issue, you will not be able to harm him easily without getting into trouble with the law....big mistake texting him, calling him, he can actually use that as evidence against you. you could even face charges right now if he wants to be a big baby snitch about it (which he obviously already did)..

i wouldnt be surprised if he has already contacted police about your threats...the second anything happens to him you're name will pop up, and an assault charge while on probation for growing is not gonna do you any good..

i would just leave him alone, you already exposed yourself and there honestly isnt much you can do...

As others have brought up, it's too late now for retaliation. What I'll do is offer my suggestion to what would have been a viable option for you. I call it "five year plan".

When someone makes a serious breach of "cool", start the five year clock. All retaliation must wait the minimum five year period. Next, let go of the hate. It is the wrong vibration for daily living and certainly not something to hang onto for five whole years. If after five years you still feel the need to enact revenge, you do it incognito and in stealth. The object is to never give yourself away.

In my personal experience, after the five years are up, I no longer want revenge.
Someone I know is two years into this plan right now. ;)

Peace and good luck brother. I hope it all works out well for you and he stumbles onto his own downfall without any help from you.

I'm pretty sure intimidation like that is a crime. Get over it dude and quit acting like you're an 18 year old kid who can't control himself. You're a free man with a clean record, material things don't mean shit. And to make it better you not only posted about it on a public forum but also contacted him multiple ways. Continue to be the better man and do like you said.

I am not probation YOP215. However this guy is the biggest pussy in the world. I've been served with a peace order. Which works for me, non-criminal, doesn't go on ur record. Really I don't wish to see him again so I suppose this works well. I did laugh in the sheriffs face when they told me that you don't need anything to file one and offered to file one back for me.

I know bro, Sir CR. I really do love the fact that I posted here and asked for the comments I did. I'm joining a gym tomorrow, gonna get back into my ripped shape rather than how I am now. Still trying to forget very much so. Though now I am in somewhat of a flaw. I can not appear in court and let it roll, + forget as I plan to anyway. OR I can go to court and show the pictures and all other shit from the last case with him, which he left out in the peace order where it strictly says to put all court cases with results. And mention my own dumbassness of seeing him and just getting angry as I did nothing and in the past he's done a ton. You know state everything and just say that I really don't wanna see him period. I also wanna just forget I was dumb enough to let my anger get the best of me with a retard, 2 retards if u include myself. Let him get his dumb piece shit as he'll stay away. I hate bullshit. And I defintely put myself back in some, so I'm happy to let it go. I did laugh as the po's don't even have my correct addy, had to go through some serious shit to find out wtf what going on with that.

this thread is way off base. just because the governments force us to deal in the grey market, doesn't mean we have to be fucking criminals. what kind of impression does this make on outsiders about us growers? is that how you want them to view us?

edited to add: upon re reading the thread i decided to just delete the posts that pissed me off for the above mentioned reasons and leave the more reasonable discussion up for now. lets see how it goes...

You just got yourself hot now. So, if you are doing anything you best shut down and move somewhere else if you are gonna start back up. This jerk may be thinking of doing you again now since you alerted him of your presence. If you want to get even now, you need to hire a private detective and get the evidence on him and then you can decide what the correct action is. Otherwise, stay away from him and his shit because now, even if the cops do something to him, guess who gets blamed? Of course, you can fantasize doing anything you want to him. Read 1000 ways to get even or such books and plan all sorts of shit for his sorry ass....just don't write it down or do it....Might want to keep book and witnesses on your whereabouts for a while also. Like a year or two...in case he tries it again..haul your creditable buddies or kin around with you for awhile...just to be safe!

Tues - Chest
4 sets incline db or barbell 8-12
3 sets flat db or barbell 8-12
3 sets db fly or machine 12-12 reps
2 sets weighted dips

WED OFF

thur - back
bodyweight pullups 4 sets upto 15
bent over row barbell or db 4 sets 8-12
front pulldown wide or narrow (switch it up) 3 sets 8-10
cable row 3 sets 6-10
behind the head(ya ya they're bad blah blah blah) 2 sets 15 reps Medium easy weight...just squeeze.

fri - shoulders/arm
3 sets db press or front military 8-10
3 sets side laterals 10-12
3 sets reaer lateral machine or db 10-12
6 sets shrugs behind the back for 3 sets and too the front for 3

tris
3 sets 10-15 rope pushdown
3 sets french curl bar or machine 6-10
3 sets reversed push down (palms facing) 8-10

bis
3 sets barbell curl or cambered bar 8-12
3 sets preacher machine or db/barbell 8-12
2 sets hammer curl db or rope 10-15
wrist curls 13-20 reps 2 sets
Do abs mon-thur

Do calves tue-fri

Practice things like drop sets and giant sets on certain weeks as well. Say on bench you decided to do a 3-4 rep weight...well after you get 3-4 drop it in half and do another 12 right away...push yourself.

DIET

large dinner salad with red wine vinegar/olive oil

The "bad for you blahblahblah" thing is where you take the two cables from the machine, make an X with them, then pull them apart and down to your sides.
