They care about citizens and are protecting them by learning more about these drugs, so they can use that information to understand us to go against freedom and to imprison us with more control.

People are simply trying to avoid consequences and therefore forcing them to live a controlled, but undisciplined life.

Instead of avoiding consequences of a ticket for not turning on your blinker, think of the discipline in which it is founded...to warn others and protect them.

So we follow the law by consequence. That's why there are addicts and the prison doesn't help them.

We should have values, not conditioned stimulus's controlling us, which is what they government and giant corporations want.

If I had enough money, I wouldn't need to get into trouble or go in jail. It would be an financial error and my business would be fined.

If I want to kill, I make up a law that makes me the judger of life and sentence to death.

If I want to save millions of dollars and not spend it..it's really human work hours, food, shelter and life I am storing.

If I want to be rich, I get a compressed rock.

If I want to look cool, I must look like every other cool person today, or risk being uncool, yet 10 years later the style will be in.

id ask for some PEYOTE! haven't seen any of that stuff for a long long time..... id ask for some Peyote, and perhaps some opium.... two drugs that I haven't seen in a long time.... im not sure if they handed the stuff out though.... i think that they would reimburse you on whatever you bought or some shit? all in all, the whole situation was a little bit peculiar...

yeah this looks like a giant drug user information gathering set up. you really have to be dumb to trust the modern day cop enough to 1, accept their drugs and 2, use any drugs in front of them. this just can't end well, what ever the hell they are up to it gives off a very shady vibe...imo.

apparently the peyote population has shrunk a big deal since police have been eradicating them and people kept on picking them for years and they take years to grow and mature

Ok so here's a link to an newscast interview about this going on. Did you know 47 states and Canada have this program? Can you imagine a police officer arresting someone for a little green plus they get a criminal record, then do this program and give weed to "participants" to use in front of them? they are getting people high to see how well they can function on the drugs.

then if they can pass their tests they are recruited to snitch and cause trouble in the occupy movement, to find drug dealers and make examples out of them in the mainstream media as to discredit the whole thing, as well as likely infiltrate the social groups and report back information

I imagine they are trying to evaluate ones ability to function on these various drugs, so that if you function well enough (IE can communicate, observe, remember) they know that you can infiltrate groups, gain their trust by using drugs with them and then report back to the police like little citizen spies.

If they can tie drug dealing operations to the occupy movement the media would make that look really bad, just like they did with the hippies for using drugs.

plus local police are more and more becoming federal pawns so espionage and subterfuge can become larger and larger tools used by them to tackle their opponents from the inside.
