My Defoliated buds

good work bro! keep on the experimenting x)
seems like the reduction of foliage might lead to a higher concentration of hormones in the buds, which might shorten the ripening phase??? (similar to some fruits where hormone application leads to induction of flowering/fuiting)

SumDumGuy they smell like candy too. Everything gets a cure. Ill post up some dry shots when all is finished.
purple_man Im not sure about any of what you said but it might be right. Today is day 43 and there more than done. Trichs are about 10% amber but i wasent ready for the fast finish so i need a few more days to finish my flush. Ill get a few pics tonight. Peace LL

3rdEye Im gonna do a side by side ( 1 plant defoliated, 1 plant Not) In a few grows when i have room. Next run of bloom im defoliating an old school c99 cut to see what happens. Heres all pics up to date.

Great stuff LL! I built one of your tubs, with very good success. It was some sweet homegrown cheeba!
my mentor used to tell me there was no need for all those big leaves indoors - that inside the light is more intense (due to source proximity??? i forget.... i just defoliate!!!) and the big fans just get in the way.
outside is a whole different thing though and you need to keep your leaves...
