Seriously watch this. It gives me a really uneasy feeling and is kind of spooky for sure.

they are getting people high to see how well they can function on the drugs.

then if they can pass their tests they are recruited to snitch and cause trouble in the occupy movement, to find drug dealers and make examples out of them in the mainstream media as to discredit the whole thing, as well as likely infiltrate the social groups and report back information

It was said in the video they're doing other spots too, not just at occupy. It seems like the cops take people who are already under the influence. From what that one tested woman said, "They talk to you first before they make a decision." Then they take you down to the facility with about 25 officers, you smoke the weed in front of them and then they let you go wherever they picked you up. It seems like they're trying to figure out how to spot people under the influence, current drug users: of things like "weed, crack, cocaine, [and] heroin..." I didn't watch more than 3-4 minutes of the video.

it figures, i remember myself and others, being high as fuck and talking to police and being confident and jovial and they never noticed a thing, never thought to search the car that was full of drugs.

and then i remember other times when i not as confident, fearful, eyes not meeting the cops eyes and they busting me on the spot lol.

and the same ive seen of others.

fear is pretty easy to tell. hunched shoulders, avoiding eyecontact and stuff like that.

drugs? not so easy. specially cannabis

seems kinda crazy. something is definitely underneath the surface here. cops from all around the state coming to a training course then pulling people off the street for first hand experiences with average people who are on drugs? i mean i don't see any issue with that part, my whole thing is why no oversight and no proper testing setup with scientists and shit to monitor? and the whole unsanctioned part.

i would like that cops know what real people really on drugs are like if they didn't know so they aren't all going to the extreme because a guy starts screaming at the top of his lungs while on some drug. no need to shoot he's just yelling. but i would like more exposure and oversight into these trainings in real world situations.

wow that is some crazy shit right there, those people must be insane to go with the cops in the first place of their own free will for the vague promise of getting high. but they must be totally crazy to trust what ever substances they are getting off the officers, (how can a police officer give drugs to some one legally). this whole thing must be about making a data bank of the most visible, hard core drug users that hang out on the city streets. very strange the whole thing....

Never trust the police!!

They have to know that the cops intend on using any info. they glean from these so called "tests", (<as I'm sure they are using scientific methods>),
against them later on...Why would they help the cops?

It's not as if they are picking them up and sharing drugs with them to be nice.
Some of them were so excited afterwards, it was as if they had just burned one w/ Tommy Chong or something.

Free drugs? I gots to get me to an Occupy protest. Hope they got shrooms, too. What am I saying, of course they have shrooms - these are cops we are talking about. Cops always have the best drugs. They only turn in the schwag, and they sell the coke. Sweet. Free drugs - better than all you can eat ribs (almost).

Giving drugs and looking for info at the same time is fukt up if thats whats going on. What are they trying to evaluate and why there and now? I'm just blown away by this and cant get my head around it. That site is full of good reading too btw.

I imagine they are trying to evaluate ones ability to function on these various drugs, so that if you function well enough (IE can communicate, observe, remember) they know that you can infiltrate groups, gain their trust by using drugs with them and then report back to the police like little citizen spies.

If they can tie drug dealing operations to the occupy movement the media would make that look really bad, just like they did with the hippies for using drugs.

plus local police are more and more becoming federal pawns so espionage and subterfuge can become larger and larger tools used by them to tackle their opponents from the inside.
