New bubble bags, what should I get?

Didn't Bubbleman also "reinvent the wheel" since Mila invented the ice water technique?

I had Bubblebags and I wasn't satisfied with the product or customer support, as I mentioned earlier in the thread.

Maybe so..not so sure about the Mia and inventing water tech. Did Jimi or Stevie steal each others pentatonic riffs they both played note for note in some cases ? No, they were very versed in that scale and those particular modes within that scale. Was no need to keep rebranding the scales name.

I do know, in this sub forum , prob a page or two back. A dude did a review of many brands..I THINK. See if I can dig it up.

Mila invented the bags (Ice-O-Lator and Bubbleator Bags, among other products), and Sadhu Sam discovered the water isolation technique. <See HASHISH! by R. Clarke for reference>
Bubbleman was the first to offer more than just a few bag sizes. These hashish pioneers have also done a lot to help spread quality information and establish the more or less common vernacular.

Contrary to opinions expressed above, the most durable or toughest bags available are the KBR Bags, in my opinion. They are also the most expensive ice-hash bag available.

But to me "quality" doesn't have to mean indestructible. While I like the work bag (the bag that holds the ice and cannabis) to be really stiff fabric like KBR or NEATO Bags, I really prefer for the collection bags to be a soft, more pliable fabric like Ice-O-Lator or Sprung bags.

A few brands have had a batch of bags that had a bad inside lining. It is also not uncommon to see a bag that has a faulty stitch job. These defects happen and many of the bag makers out there will replace defective bags (including all the companies I included in my review). Also, reports of these defects in the past should not deter folks from buying from a company today.

Brother Smalphy, can you send me a link for the bags you're talking about?

LOL - I read the title and remembered waaaaay back to my new BubbleBags. There were some sewing threads etc. in the first batch or two.

well, a while back, the lining started to seperate in spots on a couple bags. I started using them for edibles, because of the lining issue. - I recently contacted BubbleMan and told him of the problem. - He said I must have gotten them quite awhile ago, anyway - couple exchanges back n forth - my replacments are in the mail.

When I first got them, they helped me keep from picking growing stock - then as I improved I began the search for full melt. -YUM!

I am of the opnion, spewing butane into the atmosphere isn't good for mother earth.

I know - a volcano can burp more nasty shit than people can make in a week. Jus sayin,,

BubbleMan is there for the long term and they improve the product and take care of the customer.

I haven't seen or tried the Sprug bags - can't say

Happy hunting!

I will try to actually get in touch with bubbleman over on his message board and see what he says. I would be pumped if they would just send me a new set to replace the ones they admit were defective...

ya, I can't wait to get the new ones in. My BubbleBags were 5 gallons, then I got a 1 gallon set from Wacky Willy, and those are almost spent. They still work but the 45 drains slow as hell and the 25 hardly drains at all. I need the 5 gallon kit, because I have been doing larger runs.

sounds like to me that some of you had ordered a set of bags and waited quite some time before contacting customer service at fresh headies...everything i've heard and experienced with fresh headies customer service has been top notch...one of the main reasons i've always stuck with bbags....
