Reef Sandals with built in beer opener.......FTW!!!!!!

Not a fan lol. After walking around Mexico on spring break the last thing I want touching the top of my beer is the bottom of my sandal.

I'll use a lighter, another bottle, a metal gate, fuck anything else but the nasty bottom of a sandal!

My buddy had a pair of those and I dont recall ever using it once...

cool concept but meh.. I liked the lighter/weed pocket in the tongue of the skate shoes back in the day though.

I am looking at getting a pair of boots too Hubble.

The opener is recessed into the bottom of the sandal..............and it's not like the cap on the top of a beer is sterilized. It's touching the cap, not the actual part you put your mouth on.

I wear these almost everyday. I buy a new pair every six months or so.
It's wet and usually cold in my daily line of work.

And I bought a new pair of these the other day after accidentally burning a large hole in my existing pair while cutting some steel plate .

My Redwings are for riding, but honestly, they're FUGLY and I have others I like better.

Friday I ended up getting a pair of Keen hiking shoes/boots. We went up to the high country of Hope Valley (completely snow-free, no one's seen that before) for our anniversary (Sorensen's Resort, must be checked out if you're ever in the area) because we decided I was gonna try some trails. VERY comfortable, but too big in the heel and that allows the boots to rotate around my foot, so I'll have to fit something into the heel to make it fit more snugly. Other than that, I really dig them. I have a problem with my knee in that anything that has too much traction can cause a HUGE amount of pain, so I was surprised that the Keens are "sticky" but without causing too much torsion and stress on my knee.

Lake Margaret should be open soon, there's pretty much no snow left except for the highest, north-facing peaks. It looks like Pyramid and much of the Crystal Range is going to be snow-free, I'd say easily by June 1.
