The only way you can win the lottery is... to buy either (2) 22oz or a 40oz, a scratch off, AND a mega millions ticket...
Malt liquor is acceptable too, but if you dont buy hobo booze, or at least a philly or a loosy you actually have ZERO chance of winning.

Sounds like a good plan.. I will buy a deli sandwich, chips and drink on my food stamp card and with the change the 40 oz and above.. then sell 2 rocks... come back and wa la!! off obamas payrole I go
