heres the problem with that

based on his obsessive compulsive behavior already it was apparent he was trying hard to qualify someone as a perpetrator

he wasn't trying to identify potential suspects and disqualify their guilt via proper channels (as were his operating instructions as per the neighborhood watch and police)

aka innocent until proven guilty

if it had been someone who looked like it could be his own brother son cousin i doubt he would have tired to condemn them so hard

it was easy cause the kid was not the same as him not the same type of human apparently someone whose life it was easy for him to take

to even question the ease of which he manipulated the situation and pressed this young man so he could take his life imho makes you either very naive to human nature or naive to the breadth racism has effected your own perceptions

What I am getting sick of is faux new ass holes and all their followers trying to twist the race argument. The backwords ass logic they try to portray by regurigating the same bullshit couple of sentences is absurd. It makes no sense.

They say you are the racist for bringing up race, even when their is obvious racism. Yes I am the racist for saying that zimmerman is racist after he called the black kid he murdered a coon, to a 911 operator, 2 minutes before he chased him down in a car, got out, and then murdered an unarmed black kid that was yelling for help and was smaller than him....... yes that makes me the racist.

if fear didn't drive the thoughts of so many people then so many people wouldn't get defensive over their perceptions regarding another persons actions

unless they identify with that person and project the judgement against that person onto themselves which then makes them defensive out of FEAR

because no one is judging you in the case of judging another

After reading your further posts and realizing our earlier conversaions on Buddhism, I just realize I misunderstood you. It sounded like you agreeing with the Rush Limbaughs of this world. I was totally wrong. sorry. It seems you are approaching this from a Buddhist stand point. Where the whole idea is to separate your self from your ego before you die.

I am not sensitive to people calling me a racist. they can call me what they want.

It is ironic to me that reading through this thread is so reminiscent of reading the anti-mmj comments in the on-line version of my semi-local rag. If there was ever a group of people who understood being on the wrong the end of the publicity machine, you would think it would be us. ORLANDO - A witness we haven't heard from before paints a much different picture than we've seen so far of what happened the night 17-year-old Trayvon Martin was shot and killed.

The night of that shooting, police say there was a witness who saw it all.

Our sister station, FOX 35 in Orlando, has spoken to that witness.

What Sanford Police investigators have in the folder, they put together on the killing of Trayvon Martin few know about.

The file now sits in the hands of the state attorney. Now that file is just weeks away from being opened to a grand jury.

It shows more now about why police believed that night that George Zimmerman shouldn't have gone to jail.

Zimmerman called 911 and told dispatchers he was following a teen. The dispatcher told Zimmerman not to.

And from that moment to the shooting, details are few.

But one man's testimony could be key for the police.

"The guy on the bottom who had a red sweater on was yelling to me: 'help, help…and I told him to stop and I was calling 911," he said.

Trayvon Martin was in a hoodie; Zimmerman was in red.

The witness only wanted to be identified as "John," and didn't not want to be shown on camera.

His statements to police were instrumental, because police backed up Zimmerman's claims, saying those screams on the 911 call are those of Zimmerman.

"When I got upstairs and looked down, the guy who was on top beating up the other guy, was the one laying in the grass, and I believe he was dead at that point," John said.

Zimmerman says the shooting was self defense. According to information released on the Sanford city website, Zimmerman said he was going back to his SUV when he was attacked by the teen.

Sanford police say Zimmerman was bloody in his face and head, and the back of his shirt was wet and had grass stains, indicating a struggle took place before the shooting.

Until Zimmerman is arrested and put on fair trial then people should not shut up.

It is clear Zimmerman started the confrontation. It is not self defense when you start the fight. Zimmerman has a history of over reaction. The kid was running and Zimmerman was chasing. If anything Treyvon was defending himself against Zimmerman's attack.

then zimmerman was probably losing so he bitched out and called for help. Acted defenseless and then shot, If the front of him was bloody and the back was grass stained it means he was hit from the front and fell on his back. Therefore he was not attacked as he went back to his car.

If the situation was that dire it would be to late for zimmerman to pull his gun which means the his crys of help would be a lie to provide an excuse to shoot.

I still think the woman's that said she heard a child calling for help was truthful though. Ithink Zimmerman just pushed him on the ground. Then treyvon Pushed back like anyone in that situation and then Zimmerman shot him because his ego was so big he could not be the watch captain and get beat up by a kid.

Zimmerman is a cowardice bitch no matter how you look at it. Even if he was losing a fight he started he should have taken the beating like a man..... and now he needs to take his Lethal Injection like one.

...and. I got suspended from school a lot. I mean a lot. they suspend kids for anything these days, in this new zero Torrance fascist society.
i'll give you a list of what they did just ten years ago to me personally. It is even worse now.

1. dying my hair green for saint patties day
2. bringing a skateboard.
3. showing up late 3 times in a row
4. a simple school yard fight
5. then a shirt that said legalize it with a picture of a skateboard on it. not even a pot leaf
6. then getting caught getting a b.j. behind the bleachers while skipping class on my birthday. Who am I to turn down a present.
7. smoking weed in the car at lunch.
8. standing up in a school anti drug assembly and telling the speaking FBI agent he was full of shit.
9. skipping state mandated tests.

oh the list goes on.

I never robbed anyone or did anything worth getting shot over. I sure as hell had a black hoodies and beanie and trench coat in the winter to keep warm while walking to school. Ass holes called the cops on me constantly, and it was annoying. fuck them, and their like minded. I have personal Beef with the Zimmerman's out there.

I'm sure the zimmermans of the world will still be out there,just as some folks will always choose to view events in racial terms.

Without having witnessed events for myself I refuse to make such a broad,negative assumption.I still don't see the difference in naivety,or those that choose to make everything about race as opposed to what it really is.The media got over on most of you, or your predispositions on the issue did...lose/lose all around.
