It certainly isn't what it used to be a few years ago.... that's for sure.

Must have something to do with all the censorship and blind allegience to making profit off prohibition. *shrug* Whatever the cause, I'd imagine it's tough to be a newbie on here these days... except for the overwhelming amount of info that's already been posted.

In other news: A lot of the OG FAQ is wrong and Yummy wasn't a real person on here. *shrug* So much for legends.

I first found OG when I was 14, fuck like '98/99. I vaguely remember a carbon scrubber laundry basket diy, reading about dwc, and this one guys guerilla grow where he camped with like 20 or so several pound plants- I don't remember his name but I can vividly remember a few of those pics, and it definitly wasn't this yummy bud fellow.

I miss OG a lot, best online community I've ever been a part of. Was mostly a lurker over there though, and wasn't a grower back then. Hell I remember I was so young and used to visit OG before I ever even smoked cannabis, just always had a fascination over it and overgrow was amazing for entertainment and to learn new things. Ah the nostalgia.

I'm perfectly happy with ICMag though, as far as growing and information goes we do quite well over here. Thanks for everyones hard work hopefully this season I will finally grow some killer dank!

I miss Overgrow, too. For me, Overgrow was more of a playground, and Cannabis World was a forum to get feedback from one's peers. That's what IC is to me today: a modern day Cannabis World. Like CW, we don't get a ton of posts, not a lot of trolls, but a whole lot of real applicable information to help us grow the best we can.

I tried spending time on another, bigger forum. What a mistake that was. Just today, that same forum was hacked, all the posts on the board were altered by the hacker. Every single one. I'm deleting everything I posted there never to return. Fuck me if I try to talk to folks outside of IC again!

Overgrow shaped my life forever. I was around 17 when I started reading OG and was hooked!

Stealth Dressers (Nimby style) and other little micro 250w HPS projects is what I lived for. Got an apartment immediately when I turned 18 and my journey into cannabis had launched.

B.O.G.'s - Grape Punch I ran a few times, but all of his strains were FROSTY!

JonJaffers suspended fast flow PVC stadium later ruled everything around me...but well out of my league/living situations at the time... Nearly 10 years later fooling around with all sorts of grow methods I've finally got one built. Ran it once and had to put it up, but itching to put it back in motion. Stay tuned for that if anyone remembers his rig.

Cannabis-World was a good retreat from OG and got more into the methods of Lucas besides just the ratio.
