I'm just going to say this one time to the 'expert' simply looking at a jpeg of an immature cookies (7ish weeks, in soil) if you had any idea of who i am or who i know or how this came to be in my possession, not to mention the way you word yourself, i might consider getting into an internet strain picture debate... yeah right.

To those that have more tact, i offer that you should grow this strain, from me, and make an educated decision on your own. I personally believe what i have (i will not get into the details of how i came to have her b/c at the time ppl were getting death threats over passing this girl) is the real GSC. If you dont think it is thats fine.

Also, not to be rude but ppl i dont know please do not PM me asking for a cut since i said the above, thats against the TOU (never thought i would say that!). There is one person that knows who they are that is from the bay area and he knows who he is and out of respect everything i have he is welcome to. You know who you are.

GSC have much wider leaves, the fan leaves are completely coated to the tip, causing the fan leaves to curl up. GSC fan leaves are almost as good as leaf trim...

how big your buds are, no fan leaf coating and much narrower leaves, its not GSC.....

it def doesnt have the same indica/kush type leaves as some of the others posted up, but does have that classic golden look you see in some of Prop's other pics on page 45. earlier in the thread they were talking about a kush dominant pheno and a durban dominant pheno of gsc. doesnt really look like the other pics of new wave on here but all i have to go on is the pics, never had it personally, only tried one gsc and it was the more gdp/og type.

people pass fake shit all the time. its understandable even when something like honor and "your word" is involved.
and sometimes shit gets mislabeled, too. it happens.

from what i understand from some friends in dago whove trialed the same cut youve questioned of natas all the way thru believe it is in fact, the gsc.
if this is not the case, dago folks please speak up (you know who you are).
the dago guys generally get their cuts from legit respected sources before they are spread amongst the clan. rare is the cut that had been acquired from a "facility" (aka po for example) and not a known respected grower that is floating about in that group of growers.

how about some pictures of your new wave, animal, fortune, and whatever else you're claiming only a few have? pictures are nice to share. and make id'ing things much easier, yeah?

berners circle also made new wave, same group of guys.....new wave was originally supposed to be the hot strain, but cookies came out better and took over. i remember all of us brokers were more hyped on the sour grape crosses (new waves mother) at the time..nobody really cared about GSC at first.....this was around 2006ish..

new wave is a larger yielder, has top colas that connect all the way down the stem. thinner bladed leaves that resemble GDP...purples up like cookies but smell is more floral, but has some hints of that mint that makes cookies popular....i tossed new wave from my garden because she hermied under stress.

i would have to see the dried nugs to be 100 percent sure....pics only tell half the story.

Purple Erkle? x Reversed Fire OG = Sour Grapes v1 (not related to keyplay at GGG)

sour grapes x reversed sunset district sour D (just a regular sour cut that circle was pumping in their warehouses) = sour grapes v2, 3xkrazy, was also being passed around as triple threat

sour grapes v2 x reversed OG (might be same OG as cookies, not sure)

maybe OGKB or samurai can fill in the blanks or correct if im wrong..

smoketrees that looks like real deal....wish we could compare them better. i got some new cookie pics i can post up later..

grape stomper sour grapes is keyplays cut, its more white colored from samples ive seen...new wave sour grapes is a different cross from different circle and has purple tint and darker green..its not as dense as cookies grows more like GDP..

new wave smells like grape bubbilicious gum...grape, mint, floral notes. smell translates well to taste...high is strong, dumbfounding, lazy...im not a fan of the high..

Smoke Trees plant pics look similar to LumpStatus' ...Just looks like it was a bit less ideal environment in Smokes pics than Lumps but they're looking like the same piece from here.

Can't believe people are trippin so much over OG crosses...With all the different OGs out there you'd think people would take a cue from Berner's circle and make some OG crosses themselves instead of trying to cash in on the development of some one else.

What strain was it last year on the forums that was getting hyped like the next coming of the Easter Bunny ? Sweet Tooth? Now its yummy lil Cookies... Marketing on Sweet Treats seems to be working awsome on the public....

I love OG its probably my favorite herb...but to say it blows cookie out the water is simply ignorance...

this thread is just getting out of control....people need to get back in line with civil ways of talking to eachother...but a kind middle finger to the cowards who neg-rep my posts, when i rarely ever talk down to people, i just post pics and info i get and people seem to get pissy about that..

im close to asking a mod to close this thread down....
