green house seed company haters/lover thread

i'd like to see some reports of who grown ghs.. many are the haters of this seed company but someone love it. i'd know if gsc is just all hype or if there's any good. let's share your esperience! i haven't a clue on them couse i've never grown anything from them,i just want to know if they're good or not! thanks all

Franco is a cool dude, they only sell feminised (pre germinated aka colour coded) stock but he sent out some reg seeds for reproduction(for free)...that isnt typical of todays market.

cant imagine id ever buy a colour coded fem bean though...

the only strain i grew from ghs is the slh and is GREAT.

screw greedhouse company... most of their stuff is mediocore at best (nowdays)... sadly... used to be great in the 90s but since the old breeders left, and they started releasing like 20 strains a week in only "feminzed" form... shit went downhill... seems like the super lemon haze is one of the few "strains" they offer, which gets mostly good feedback... so go figure...

i tried there Exodus Cheese and it was Mediocor at best ...

The plants grew great, yeild was not bad, it was just the taste that got to me after a little while...

I dont know if thats how all the Exodus's smell and taste but i didnt really like it too much...
At 1st i loved it but quickly started to not like it anymore...

I have grown super lemon haze. DANK. BubbaKush. KingsKush. Liked em both. a lot of people complain about barneys farm too. But i love their Blue cheese, Vanilla Kush. I think alot of Cali growers diss these companies because in a way its kind of a Cali genetics vs. Amsterdam genetics.

slh, big bang, ssh, white rhino, widow, himalaya gold, hawaiian snow, lemon skunk..... all as described, and never a dissapointment. all cloned for more than one run and for other people and all loved by all who smoked.
i do seeds from others too, and liked results with most so i am by no means a 1 company grower.
dont buy into the hype,
just grow what you want to, thats my opinion.

If you are looking for good quality feminized seeds with the highest rate of sprouting (90% in my case) and the lowest rates of hermaphrodites (none in my case) then IMO GHS is your best shot.
Hawaiian-Snow is one of my favorites with average harvest of 3 - 4 oz
Cheese is one of the best couch lockers and best stinkers I grew
"The Church" is great for beginners and has very nice high

The way I see it GHS runs like a innovative commercial business unlike the some of the European stoned breeders that are stuck somewhere back in the 60's - that might have great strains but do not know how to create stable feminized seeds or to select the healthiest seeds for end clients - and successes makes people envy

I think experience is the best test for this. I've grown a few of their strains, & I've had pretty good results. It's all about personal preference. Depending on the strain, if I want the femmed version (of certain strains) I'll get Greenhouse for femmed strains such as SLH, SSH, Hawaiian Snow, Himalaya Gold, Lemon Skunk. These I've tried & have gotten good results. Can't say the same for their Nevilles Haze or Arjan's Haze#1, although it might have been bad phenos or my own error. Live & learn. You can get some very good plants from their beans. I guess it just depends on which strain & pheno. It's on you/us the consumer whether or not we want to buy from them. I also vouch for a few more companies that I like their gear, but since this is about Greenhouse here's my

It's hard to speak with any kind of authority, growing out tiny batches of 5 seeds at a time, but personally I've had better than average results with GHS seeds, both past and recent. I think they're great at what they do, offering lots of popular genetics in small servings, and female, form at a low price point.

I'm not feeling them do to the whole fem seed thing. I'll never grow a fem plant. Loving working with subcools gear atm. I dont know either personally but atleast sub sells regular seeds.

i've red somewhere i thing in their ghs forum that they actualy haven't the chemdog D clone to make seeds,so their chemdog is a ripoff from what i've red
