Hang a vertical exposed bulb in there. Align some of your taller plants around the edges, shorter in the middle, (directly under said hanging bulb).

Get something (linoleum, white enamel paint) on the base of the grow cabs. For light reflection and easier clean out/wipe down. From the Pics, the floor of the box doesn't look completed, is it just bare floor under it?

Height restriction a problem here. While the roots of cannabis are mostly horizontally reaching, the top growth loves stretching.

Peace

10 to 20 single cola SoG style grow to start with, then will increase the numbers as i see fit. Eventually moving to 4 plants per sq ft totaling 48 plants. Might even consider doing my very first ScroG, still need to do alot of reading on tat subject though, but it's still being considered.

I am working on getting some panda film to line the flooring with, thank you for the idea.

Here are a few update pictures but still need to invest a little more cash and time. That's a little hard atm due to rl getting in the way.Working OT to catch up some Bills, and Driving 126 miles, one way, to go see my daughter every other weekend is killing my pocked. But like i said slowly but surely getting it done bit by bit.

Let me know what ya think so far

$4 a gallon would kill your pocket, at least you will have some cheap quality smoke here in a little:joint:. How much cash have you dumped into the cab so far? Hows the temps with that 600W and how many CFM is your fan pulling?
Looks great though!

the Blower Fan is Pulling around 180-200 cfms keeping the light cool to the touch around 5F to 10F above room temps which are constant at 70F. Total investment in the cab with lights is around $400 and still have about $50 to $100 to put into it, but im pretty much done with the construction.

I will tell you this, you will have heat issues with the 600w, I am having to run a chiller to combat the heat (I can get it to manageable temps, but im looking for optimal).

My box build is below, seems we had the same idea

hehe ya our ideas are similar, but my box is like 3 almost 4 of yours,
the heat isn't an issue for me i am getting flower cab temps 5 to 10 above actual room temp stable in flower cab, veg cab runs a constant 72.1 to 72.5 F stable. i ran the light in flower cab for a 4 hours straight 2 days ago and found that the cab temps stay very stable between 74.4 to 77.6 F.

if you can,try for no bends in your ducting.any restrictions of airflow can greatly reduce the amount of air moved.i would let the light run at least 12 hours to see what your real high temps will be.you are running 46 watts per s.f if i figured right.since your box doesnt look stealth.try running seperate air for the cooltube and for scrubbing air.i have found mounting the fan at the beginning of the tubing run and pushing air thru helps keep smells from leaking.if there is a leak pushing ,the air leaks back in the grow.if you are pulling ,you now have unfiltered air being extracted and now have a smell leak

I don't run any scrubbers, the light has it's own fan and the ducting has the least amount of bends possible. 50 watts per sq ft. is what i will be getting from the light.

what strain are you planning on growing?i would use 1 more sheet of plywood and fully enclose the box.must be nice to not have to scrub the air!making a slide out shelf to work on the plants outside the box would be a nice feature.
