i didnt really care which team won....but since the giants won my friend in NY won 8k off bets and maria menounous had to strip down.....i mean god damn shes 33 that body is fucking perfect beats looking at eli's goofy face on TV all week..

maria-menounos-bikini-bet.jpg

but seriously NYG....congrats on win but dont toot your horn too loudly. you guys didnt win that super in the best of fashions comparably to your last one.....every NYG fan should be sending Kyle Williams gift baskets with flowers and monetary contributions since he will probably be losing his job soon....

and the pats blew that game so hard...so many drop passes and mistakes. the giants just got really really lucky in my honest opinion....far from blowout and spectacular....pretty boring game to watch as well.

Difference between winning and losing is mistakes.
Losers make them.
Winners make less of them.
hence, we win!
Not luck, it's "less suck" than the other team.
"suck less" = WIN

NY FOOTBALL GIANTS!!!!!!!

SB46-1.jpg

OK Giants haters, hate to play unfair and pull out the cold hard numbers on ya but here they are:

The NY Football Giants got more yards passing.
(282/Manning ~~~ 266/Brady)
The NY Football Giants got more yards rushing.
(114/NYG ~~~ 83/NEP)
The NY Football Giants got more first downs.
(26/NYG ~~~ 21/NEP)
The NY Football Giants got more turnovers.
The NY Football Giants had more scrimmage plays.
The NY Football Giants had the ball for 37:05 (62%).
The NY Football Giants SCORED MORE POINTS!!!

The NE Patriots led in one critical stat only, 3rd down
conversions: 6/12 (50%) to the Giants 5/11 (45%).

Read 'em & weep, I got real tired of reading the NE BS rhetoric about NY Giants luck above. The The NY Football Giants dominated the Patriots and that's that, it was clean play, zebra game call was excellent and it was a close game all the way around but the facts spell out a VERY decisive NY Football Giants win.

IF! The Patriots had stopped that last scoring drive on the goal line then every stat above would be the same (except final score) and Giants fans would be able to claim the Patriots got lucky & they'd be 100% correct, after all to be last in every important stat and then win the game would have been very lucky.

but that didn't happen, nope the NY Football Giants showed up to win and they did exactly that in grand style.......

manningham won't be back next year.
that catch just got him a big payday from another team.
giants won't pay their #3 like a #1 thats for sure.
the pats or niners should persue him hard.
he does drop alot of passes imo, but didnt when it counted :D

we need a TE, LB and OL in free agency/draft and will be fine.
we also had something like 15+ players on IR this year.
mostly our best CB (terrell thomas) and backup secondary members and our starting mlb.
should be better next year, altho the same shit happened w/ GB last year.
look what it did for them = loss to giants.

the defense will be better, easy eli got the offense, just need a better return game.

dunno how we can't be faves for next year :dunno:

and you can go +1 more for the 1969 Super Bowl III win by the NY Jets while they were actually in NY!

*Gotta love them Yankees.......

well I have to say it... congrats S4L and Giants fans on your win. I of course hate the outcome but I can at least respect it more than the last time. It hurts to once again have it snatched away at the very end, but at least it was fair this time. Enjoy it we will kick your ass eventually!

thnx Toker, as said before if it weren't the Giants playing I'd have been rooting for the Pats, division rivals or not I always want to see dominance in the AFC East, I appreciate Brady's talent (see previous posts) but certainly not Belichick.

It was as an exciting and even match as I could ever have imagined, yeah it was fun rooting for the winning team and it woulda felt like shit losing a close one had we.

best of luck next season.......

Congrats to the Giants, winners of 2 of the last four Super Bowls. They caught fire late, played very well, had some lucky bounces and pulled off a championship run, like the Pack did last year. Will they continue their roll and run off a 14 or 15 win season like the Packers did this year? Time will tell...
Does Peyton go to another team, and does he immediately make that team a contender?
If he does, does Andrew Luck have Cam Newton-like rookie success next year? Does RG3, with whatever team drafts him?

what i don't understand is why Eli is just average during the regular season and then plays like his brother come playoff times... :dunno:

cam needs to play defense too , make a new breed of football player, like back in highschool when ya played on both sides, i vote cam plays middle linebacker and qb, they might have a chance for the superebowl !

I think Brandon Jacobs said they just win ugly; they're always muddling around mid-season, people start the annual ritual of wondering why the team quit on Coughlin, and then they pull it together and go on a tear. They're in a tough division too, although losing 2 games to the Redskins is an anomaly...

Everyone says Cam is basically the size of a d-lineman. Lovie Smith said the Panthers QB gets off the bus and he's the size of Julius Peppers. But you will never see him playing defense; he's a franchise qb and you protect those guys like they're made of china...

I think it has to do with the division your in and your schedule.
NFC East should be a beast next year. AFC EAST.......... meh. Although I expect the Jets to be better next year.
Hey S4L what's your opinion of Sanchez. Do you believe he is your guy?

Belichick implores defense: make 'em go to Manningham

Belichick implores defense: make 'em go to Manningham

Right before the catch of the game:

Bill Belichick: make the Giants throw to Manningham

Belichick @ 1:30 of video.......
that's a safe Yahoo video link btw.

"This is still a Cruz and Nicks game. I mean, I know we're right on 'em; it's tight. But those are still the guys. Make 'em go to Manningham, make 'em go to Pascoe, alright? But let's make sure we get Cruz and Nicks."

wow! who'da thunk it.......

Hey S4L what's your opinion of Sanchez. Do you believe he is your guy?

I would say no. He's shown a lot of promise & potential winning some tough road games post season in '09 & '10 but he made some major blunders during the last few games of the season that give me and others doubt, but I'd pick Sanchez over Romo any day.......
