scary rumours about mmar and driving license

this is from a doctor in the province of quebec . is he right or full of shit ...i have no clue that why i state this has a rumour .

its planned and discussed by asked by the freaking college des medecins du quebec to remove the driving license to anyone who declare the use of mmj mmar or not . horror story of doctor making problems to people for their driving license is common thing here in qc for a lots of different issue , but this seems and sound scary as hell ...they can...its not even the question.

they legally can do that if you take some class of medication or declare taking drugs, alcohol ...if the doctor judge you can constitute a danger on road they pull your driving license in less than 20 minutes , 1 phone call and its over for you...they have this power and they plan to use it on a provincial level ...

apparently it is seriously talked at the ottawa level and it has been mentioned by vic toews that driving under marijuana should not be tolerated or allowed under any circumstance . from there i think we can start to seriously seethe tips of what is in store ...

maybe the cons will have to make the mmar more accessible but they have (cons and anti mmj) some serious dirty trick in their bags...

i hope im wrong on everything i post about the mmar, conservatives and remember no election before 2015 .

I'm not sure about canada but in the us in most states they can judge you intoxicated by testing thc metabolites in blood.

the threshold they set is so low you can still get a dui if you haven't smoked for days.

we have rights but the cons have a majority , we can fight an action in court but the long time in order to have justice take months and years in most of case .

but honestly....i cant see how we gonna be able to argue on this issue , the public opinion might be very hard to overcome and lets admit that fighting for the right to drive stone is kinda touchy...especially when police brag about device that will caught the mj users ... public safety will be the issue ,fighting for this is hardcore and will bring negative attack from the mad group and all...they know and its exactly what they want ....trying to show a hideous side of mmj and having their users bent in all shape .

they found the fire hazard and toxic hazard of mj user in order to justify the remove of your right to grow and now this dirty angle in order to cause problems and be a deterrent for people to get on the mmar, in fact you will have to hide the fact you are using mm because of the fear...

i hope everything i type is wrong and will never happen but no justice expected before 2016

id like to be optimistic but where do you find any hope in the current situation and the conservatives agenda ?

i dont want to be rude , just asking .

at least ,my province said they will not apply c-10 and will take every way to go around , fact is we dont have the money period . they asked to nicholson to give 1 b $ a years for is insane plan and he refused...anyway all that money come from you and me no matter it come from the federals levels or provincial money....its our money .

the doctor told me he got is info from the college des medecins aka provincial prof ass .


their argument is if someone got involved in an accident and pull a mmar card i order to avoid charge , they dont want the burden of allowing people to drive under narcotics . he pointed my 10 grams a days as an example and the combination of other medication combined .hr informed me that he might have no choice in a soon future than to remove my freaking driving license and the order is from is association . its dirty as fuck....i live far from anything and this sound like a death sentence for me ...

he also pointed out many case that where in the media about doctor removing driving license for less than this...he told me he have this power but dont abuse it . the provincial ass is tottaly at war with mmj , it will be mandatory if you declare using mmj...thats the words of my doctors, is he full of shit ....but after searching a while on the net and a phone call to their ass...he is right they have that power...they can pull my driving license...

especially with the case of the mmar guy that try to hit is neighbour with is truck and ended stabbing them...it happened here in qc...the guy is quite unstable due to a car accident he had in the pass...lots of negative media coverage on that 1 issue and i found other about truck driver having their license removed by nasty doctor because they said they enjoy relaxing drinking a few cold one while at rest....abuse of power...nothing else...but very real on my provincial level .


i also remember seeing vic toews arm in air on power and politics on cbc last winter on the issue...


please announce me something positive because i dont enjoy my bubble buster status at all....

all i want is a serious discussion base on fact and reality , wishful thinking is cool but dont affect the current situation .

ps. I have a friend with a 40 gram a day license. He makes 8 grams of cannabis into a tea 5 times a day. Water is not a very effective delivery system, but he prefers not to smoke. I doubt he could be considered impaired, even considering the quantity he ingests, as the delivery system is weak. Keep trying to peg us all in the same hole, that never works

That would be scary but I can't see much validity to it. There are so many people with heavy pharma prescrips that don't have any drivers license issues. You just don't drive under the influence. easy as that. I think the people involved in MM here in canada just need to chill. It is obvious that people are just causing chaos among our community. I called the RCMP and asked about driving while taking a morphine prescription. I called two stations and was told by two officers that it's not illegal to drive while using a morphine prescription but there could be other consequences, issues with civil law and insurance companies, besides, guilt would eat me up if I killed someone while impaired. I have not driven in 5-6 years, which makes having MMAR and no driving OK for me.

I'm with Green Supreme, they won't be able to take our licenses without just cause. Don't forget that the vast majority of the public still approves of medical mj, so the Cons won't go TOO crazy on us. If you're worried, just don't smoke and drive. The real fight is going to be keeping our right to grow our own meds, I don't think it will be for our driver's license. Good thread though.

When the Haiti quake hit, and doctors from around the world were volunteering to go and assist, the rep for Quebec docs wanted them to be paid $600+ a day, because he said that's what they stood to lose by helping out. No BS, I saw the interview on TV. Wanting pay, for volunteering. Oh, the humanity. So, I'd take whatever te docs there say with a grain of sel.

here an example , non appointment clinics now charge you 10-20 $ if you reserve via the net 24 hours in advance.....there no more no appointment place available if you woke up pretty ill....people who paid before you will get your place and the clinic send people to the hospital 75 km away...

private clinics who ask you 250 $ fee just to open a fiel and askyou 300 $ to see a dctor and ask you 400 $ for the signature are available in qc , private medicine in that province is like a whore house...you pay you get whatever you want long as you show the $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$

i have a doc who signed my mmar for free but before finding a real doctor who take time to check my health for real , ive meet at least 10 of them who are so against the mmar until you show cash money to them ...some asked me 500 $ and a dirty oxycontin prescription that i have to fill and bring the pills to him...that doctor have been suspended and cant prescribe or sign anything ...good thing i never paid that asshole and told him to fuck off

the provincial association of quebec is really nazi in every way they are the one who made the proposal of removing the driver license to every person who declare using mmj at the mtl audience ...........yes , they did it....vic toews even mentioned it on sun tv...my province is retarded on that side while the justice minister (fournier) said he will not apply c-10 on small pothead , go figure !
