Marion Barry is a crack head. Remember him getting busted on video hitting the pipe? And those fuckin idiots re-elected him afterwards. It's really not so hard to understand. I knew a grower in DC. This.. Im from NZ imo 90% he is not high here. Believe it or not this is just how he rolls. He's very sharp guy and has done alot of good for his community. He has been re-elected Mayor many times.. Definitely one of the good guys.

Although now that i remember back he has definitely admitted to smoking pot in the past so who really knows i guess?? The dudes a pretty loose goose in general so i'll leave that remaining 10% wide open to speculation.
