So my current grow spot isnt in a nice tucked way remote area like i would like it to be so im trying to figure out ways to move a co2 tank inand out of my house without raising lots of suspicion. In the past i used to just move at night and put a sweatshirt over it but if anyone saw im sure it still looks a little sketchy. Ive heard of some people using rolling suitcases? What are you guys methods of doing this...

two tanks full on the way back in is too much for me! :p

i just put it in a black garbage bag and still carry the tank discretely by the handle. straight to the car with a wating door open and most importantly,

just do it like its not a big deal and people wont look twice. i live in the city and no one sees me! :tiphat:

Every time i go to exchange my tanks, the guy creates a scene in the store asking real loud if my tanks are going to smell like weed. The guy is a real asshole. I tell them they are for restaurants but he laughs. Im a suspicious looking guy so theres no hiding it. If you were to put them in bags, that would look more suspicious. Taking it out of a trash bag at the store and putting them in a bag at the store. I dont knkw but that sounds strange. When im refilling tanks, im driving around 6 x 20 pound tanks. I say that restaurants are tired of paying coke and pepsi $150 a tank and they buy them from me for $50 instead and i make a $30 profit. Dont know why that isnt perfect.

Yeah I get mine filled at a hydro store so I'm sure they already know I'm growing weed haha. You don't usually get kids in their early 20's dropping multiple thousands to grow some dank tomatoes.. :jump:

Yeah my problem was getting it from the house to the car and the other way around. Hockey bag seems to be the way to go!

Legit reasons for co2 purchases from your supplier:

HVAC tech, uses it as compressed air gun to blow refrigerant condensors and evaporator coils out.

Confetti cannons. The big ones use a full 50 lb per shot. the small DJ variety will blow through 20 lbs per shot. T- shirt cannons as well.

I used the hvac tech reason, opened an account and can do bottle swaps for under 20 bucks.

This is wise advice. I have friends that are always looking over their shoulders when doing anything somewhat sketchy and they look guilty as hell doing it.

This is so important and goes for more than transporting CO2 tanks. A lot of ventilation issues like where to vent out of the house have people so sketched out they actually do something MORE sketchy than just running a "dryer vent" out the wall. A lot of what we growers do actually looks pretty normal to everyday people, its just when we start looking sketchy and guilty doing it when we get attention.

I've seen people carrying CO2 tanks around before, and the first thing as a grower I thought was..."kegerator"...I only thought about growing after the fact, and even then probably only because I'm a grower! I think a lot of growers get so paranoid because they start thinking everyone else knows as much about growing as they do, so that CO2 tank, or dryer vent, or water jugs, will look really suspicious to the "average joe", when in fact it looks like nothing at all.

I tie it to my ladder rack in the back of the truck.......50 lb tank.
Seeing how the bed of my truck has a ladder rack and tool boxes in it, nothing looks suspicious.

Nobody will think of co2 if you slap on one of these:

Carry the fucker in bare. Trying to hide it in a garbage bag makes you look like your hiding something.
Ever hear of using CO2 for draught beer, Copernicus?

Uhhhh...

Under-age???

You know this site is for grown-ups, right? You agreed to that when you signed up - swearing you're of age, and all that.

Counselling minors on illegal actions is big time trouble - we have enough issues w/ the shit WE do, not sure taking responsibility for yours is in my best interests.

Sorry - until you become adult - you go on "ignore"...
