Is that the Amuse Titan?

My favorite setup is the Akrapovic with the CF tips.

Hey some people like 'em THICK.

I hate that in FIA GT-1 racing the race teams take out the twin turbo V6 (duh I said earlier it was a straight 6 from the old skyline) and AWD out of the Skyline. Then replace it with the 5.4L naturally aspirated V8 and convert to RWD. Great street car not putting the GT-R down . Even though it's closed track sanctioned road racing I like seeing the cars as close as possible to the street car they are based on.

While all the cars like Porsche GT-3, ZR-1, M3 and Ferrari 458 are still using their factory drive trains and configurations.

The R35 has a 3.8 V6. VR38DETT is the engine code.

I also think the V8 is a 5.6 liter, from the Titan.

Just wanted to say thanks for the thread Bobby. The GT-R is a sick car for sure. I'm with nondual though. Unless I had some serious paper, I don't think I could justify spending the money. I can see though how if this is your sole passion, you would spend the money on it. For me I've got other things I love more than cars. Still I love german cars, and by the time I can afford a car like this, I'll most likely feel too old to drive one of these as a daily. Much more likely to scoop a sedan like an M5. Not nearly as crazy, but a nice car to drive nonetheless.

1/6 of the price too....

Something here that needs to be pointed out.

Take the bike above The GSXR 1000 and put it at a starting line next to a Z1-R Vette and say go.

The bike if done correctly will go from 0-100-0 again b4 the Vette even reaches 100.

The cars listed are well to die for and i would love to have one of each BUT dollar for dollar pound for pound and the story's that you get to take to the grave give me my knee pucks and new set of skins and a freshly paved road and count me gone until the skins are to thin to play. The idea of dragging your knee on the ground at a buck50 or so is paramount when it come to those story's I talked about but yes we all do grow up and grow old and the idea of a fine ass ride with a fine ass babe in it does make a man understand why we never grow up when it comes to our toy's of joy.

Apples and Oranges.

But nothing a little tuning can't take care of

After watching this video i was like this :faint:

I have always had a soft spot for the GT-R. Totally agree best bang for your buck.

But another big thing is you need to know how to drive your car on the track. I have pasted a few GT-Rs in my 08 400 AWHP EVO at Big Willow in CA. The drivers looked like one of those rich guys that just drove it off the lot and never drive it. Plus he didn't know how to hold a find the apex. But she is a hell of a car.

stu :joint:

edit: Ken Block is the man.
