In the 1970's a lot of pot heads in my middle school wore their Levi's like that...
I sit behind young women in class at college. They wear those low-slung hip huggers that show off their panties, thongs and butt cracks...it's not all bad, I'm tellin' ya!
Big difference in my opinion. The site of a guys ass hanging out of his pants screams "future plumber!" And in class, I would avoid sitting behind a guy with baggy pants for fear of seeing his crack - ick.
In third grade I lost my favorite red crayon down the crack of a fat boy sitting in front of me. I am still traumatized.

i was told there were 2 reasons
a)1 size of pants in jails
b) clothes were handed down from brother to brother, kids wearing saggy pants wernt picked on because folks new he must have an older brother, it caught on.
I know the old heads like tighty whities and nut hunger jeans,
Baggy pants were so 90's and skinny jeans are the gayest shit ever! Some nice fitted jeans with a little sag is a good look. Now I ain't gonna have my ass out draws showing, but I gotta let my nuts hang. I know the old heads like tighty whities and nut hunger jeans, but let the kids live....they'll grow out of that bs when they realize they gotta get a real job and make some $$$$
The comments about not being able to have a belt in prison are correct. This is were this caught on and eventually made its way into the mainstream through things such as MTV etc. I have heard this first hand from ex prisoners. The funniest thing is to see some one wearing this on a show like cops take a header and eat shit when they try to run.
so everyone everywhere that has has saggy jeans they cant cover their arses with, is like that because of gay inmates in the us,,, thats how it started and then spread through rap/street culture into the fashion industry..
ok so why are fashion designers creating gayer and gayer clothing for heterosexual men to wear?
something about making men more effeminate possibly,, a less red blooded society,, disintegrating the old lines between male and female towards a more apathetic androgenous population,, where women wear the trousers and men just pull them down,,
im just wondering because i dont think the fashion designers still around learnt it first hand in jail,, and i dont think that most people on the ground are actually in control of the cuts of clothing being made these days,, its what people are told to like the look of through the media/advertising and idolatrous celebrity worship,,
