Fun to watch - but when I tell Mrs. Classy that I'm saving her mad cash by doin' the criminal bootleg watching - she is actually happy...

Pro sports are great - when I can watch 'em for free, at home...
personally i find the ufc trying to cash in on the MMA hype by putting together a new event every 2-3 weeks with fighters i have never heard of before. dont get me wrong, they have good fights, but you can put 2 barn yard bums in a ring and get a good fight too. i miss the old ufc where each card was loaded with big names and actually worth paying money for....now very few if any ufc events are worth paying money for

the only 2 fights that had any "big names" in it was the 2 last fights....
the rest of the card might have well been a free prelim because i feel sorry for all the ppl who paid for it...

to each their own i say...ufc is making a shitload of money off the every two weeks of fights...but people pay and its a business, as with any sport. And my guess is people enjoy watching it or they wouldnt pay. so do you really feel sorry for people having fun watching something they enjoy or are you jealous cause you dont have fun? whose the sucka?

In the past, we had to wait a month or 2 between PPV events and watch a small pool of people compete. Now there are more fighters, more weight classes, and we get an event of some kind about once a week with the majority of the fights being free.
The MMA world is getting bigger exponentially. There's still great cards about as often as there used to be, there's just a lot of smaller events in-between.
Did you really expect the UFC to break out the big guns for a PPV going up against the NFL playoff game? This event was clearly intended for hardcore MMA fans.
Also, are you not aware that you're in a thread with free links to stream the event? Nobody here pays for these shows unless they want to, and its been that way for years. Could you imagine if some dude walked into a sportsbar where people were watching the UFC event for free and called them suckers? Yep, that's how silly you sound calling anyone in here names.
And finally, who are you telling people to get a life when you seem to spend your time bitching about ufc cards on the internet?
