If leo bugs your house where to they hide the bugs?

You're are either too paranoid or busted.

With the size of those devices they can be anywhere but, from your posts, I kind of doubt your house has been bugged.

PARANOID

If they are truly investigating you to the point where they snuck into your house and planted bugs, then I'd say you're already screwed.

But I haven't heard of them doing anything like that outside of the movies.

But just to be sure I'd check for carpet fiber mics, now its going to take a while as you will need to go through all your carpets strand by strand, but hey, better safe then sorry.

dunno like, the police even here in the uk are using underhand tactics, some of my old friends got done with undercovers with cameras on a dog in, premises, and in cars.
the same undercovers were taking class a drugs aswell? dont know how they can get away with that?

then there was the documentry of the crack house in america that police had set up
with cameras before hand and watched them for months.

if you are para just think where would be the best place to view goings on in your pad.

Took my dog for a walk this evening and when I got back undercover leo was parked next to my driveway. As I walked past on the other side of the street he opened the drivers side door a bit but didn't get out. I saw the same car parked close by a few days ago when I was coming back from my morning run.
If you think I'm paranoid then cops came to my door a couple of months ago and said someone had informed them that I was selling dope and might be growing it also.
But the thing that gets me is that they seem to know when I leave the house, and I don't think that they have the place under 24 hour surveillance, so therefore I was wondering if they have planted a bug somewhere and could hear me going out.
Somehow they are aware when I leave the house, maybe they have a tracker on my mobile phone or maybe someone living next door or two doors down (the snitches) is tipping them off.

They may have placed a tracking device on your car if you have one. They could be learning your routine and all.

The snitches two doors down? sorry to hear that one...
I don't know of any police officers that would come to your door and inform you that they are now aware of what is going on behind your home door unless they thought someone was using it in a slanderous way. If you are bugged, like others said, to late my friend.

Still Invisible, just knock at the window of the car. If you'll start to recognize the same people that it's safe to say that you are under surveillance of a sort.

Police coming to talk to you over a charge isn't paranoia, it's standard police work. Bugging you phone, your house and having informants for you seems to be a bit unlikely especially if you haven't been involved in illegal stuff.

If you want to play contact, contact Barry. Organize a prank. Sue. Move away from the snitches.

Just do yourself a favor. Stop ALL illegal activities and conversations with everyone. All talk on phones need to be straight up social bullshit...local events, sports, tv shows, etc. Go to a secure phone and call all your "friends" and tip them off and let them know you will contact them when things have cooled off. Get rid of everything in the house and assume it is already bugged. Same with car. After you have EVERYTHING cleaned up and moved out, then start riding your bike or running right past that car that you suspect and try to get a sneak look at the driver daily and see if it is the same person. You can then stop and ask them what they are doing in your neighborhood. Let him/her know that some of the neighbors suspect him of stalking kids and it would be best if he just moved on. If that doesn't do it then call the cops and turn the suspected kid stalker in along with a description and car info -- plate number, etc. If you are paranoid of doing that then just run right by the car every day without looking at him directly to let them know you are onto their bullshit.
Or just keep doing what you are doing but still you have to clean house and stop using everything. If you have a special bong you want to keep, clean it completely and put it up on the mantle or hide it in a drawer but by completely clean, I mean not a spec of resin nor odor on it anywhere. Best to sneak your stuff out and leave it at a friends for awhile. And any and ALL grow equipment needs to go OR get some tomato starts and learn to grow tomatoes or something like that. If you are using hard drugs or more than a 3 good quality beers a day then stop! Do not drink cheap alcohol. It will kill you! BTW, you evidently have a snitch for a friend....someone that has been in your house or you have run your mouth to at the bar or grow shop or somewhere. Did you get followed home from a grow store? There are people out here that make a living by acting cool and turning people in for the rewards. I heard of one that made $30k a year snitching people out. Psychopaths! No conscience or remorse for turning in friends.

The house is clean, don't worry after the knock and talk a couple of months ago I went through it with a fine tooth comb, in case anyone who was here dropped a bud under the coffee table or something.
I suspect that the snitches are regularly phoning the cops with false information, for instance tonight when I went walking my dog they probably phoned the cops and said I was going out to do a big drug deal.
They have cried wolf so often that I'm surprised that the cops take any notice of them anymore.
I'm a bit worried that after all this surveillance and not getting a single thing on me the cops are going to try and set me up.

Maybe ditch the smart phone if you have one. Make your mobile immobile for a while, tell folks not to leave messages you'll phone them back. Switching off gps doesn't stop location services btw.

They'd need a warrant to put surveillance on your property (wouldn't they?) so if they were watching they'd have cam looking at your front door.

It's also a listening device. The way recievers work they're always on.
Since what... 2003? Cell phone mfg's in the U.S. have been required to design the phones so they can have their microphone and camera turned on remotely and without notifying the owner.

I worked in the cell-phone industry (R&D) and everyone was well aware of this and some have even been in compliance before the 'laws' went into effect.

I used to have a phone that would make a funny noise every now and again... almost like it was ringing. Always wondered if some engineer 'screwed' the silent feature of turning on the mic/camera by making it make a noise like that. Heh. :D

The only way to really prevent tapping through a cell-phone is to remove the battery. Can't tell where it is and it can't spy on you that way.

Stay Safe! :blowbubbles:

Like everyone has said-if they are bugging you-they already have evidence-they are just gathering supplemental.

You can buy a camera /GPS and bug detector kit for about $700 to $1200-maybe you can get peace of mind by process of elimination.

Scan your place with a kit

Physically check your car (and scan) then have a mechanic check it

take the battery and SIM card out of your cellphone..get a trusted fiend to get you a throw away cell (see if they "seem" to now when you come and go after that)

reverse the situation

set up a parabolic microphone (not overly expensive) and see if you can hear anything "they" say -if you do- see if a friend hears something similar
set up a cheap ($400 and up) home camera DVR set up
put crackers etc under door mats when you go out

if none of the above works/gives you any info etc

see if you can get some Valium and sleep

if that fails..maybe see if you can get some lithium from you doc

They have no evidence because nothing has been happening, I won't comment on what the situation was a year and a half ago but since then nothing at all has been happening.

The best way to counter surveillance is to change up your regular routine. Dont be predictable. Do some unpredictable things like leaving for work at different times, get home from work at different times. Stay over night at a friends house. Dont shop at the same place all the time. Lend your vehicle to a friend every now and then and let them use it for daily (legal) activities.

Im surprised no one has mentioned your computer. If they did a sneak and peek and the comp. was in the house it may very well be compromised.
