Profile pic wont change

Changed my profile pic yesterday and it is still the same in all my posts both old and new. When I go to the control panel it shows my new pic. What did I do wrong?

Oh the new one isn't as good as the one you have..just kidding. I've never heard of that problem before

A profile pic is what appears on your profile (click on your name > view public profile). It sounds like you want to change your avatar for it to show up on your posts, you can change that in your control panel as well
