Maximum watts for your setup?? Folks are worried.

I'm more of the bedroom / light rule but with multi-family houses for grows on the grid. I make sure I have multiple meters and I pull all the electrical to one floor so it looks like all the apartments use power but it all goes to the grow floor. 7 bedrooms = 7 lights. I always need more light though so I buy more houses and run more lights. Also use a generator somewhere else too. There'll never be enough light.

NEVER ANSWER THE DOOR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Good advice, I taught my kids from the time they were able to answer the door, to NEVER answer the door. Used to laugh when someone did knock on the door, and the kids wouldn't even look up from the TV.

Had some cops stop by once. Didn't have anything to hide from them, and no grow going on, so I went out the back door and came up behind them knocking on the door. Chuckling to myself at how it startled them. Turns out someone had vandalized a neighbors shed with spray paint and tried to blame it on my (then) five year old daughter. I said well, shes been in the house all weekend so it couldn't have been her, plus she doesn't do that kind of shit anyway. They said well we need to talk to her. I said "no that wont happen". They left, kind of pissed off. Found out later the kid that tried to blame her eventually admitted he did it.

For the UK folk, I run 400w flowering on one side of my bed, and a 55w T5 light on the other side of the bed.

This is in a 1bed ground floor flat. Leccy bill went up from £25/mo to £49/mo.

This is with a dehuey running 12hr/day and all other mod/cons in the house.

Wow!! Some of you guys don't pay shit for power, I can't believe how small some of your bills are.I only run about 7-8k and its rarely under $1100.Been doing it for quite some time too, no problems. If my bill was half that I'd dance for joy.

I have visited quite a few residential grows between 600 Watts and 24 KW's spread over 3 non medical states.

Two of the above have been ratted on by the electrical company, both electric bills of those were around $1,000
The two ratted out ones above were both in so Fla.

Most of the time one can get away by paying the bill on time...unfortunately that's not the case all the time.

Which state/power company the above applies to?

There never is absolute telling.
