Think outside the box.

Banquet tents can work and are cheap. You will need to darken the room as they are not 100% light tight.

Aquarium waterfall oxygenators take the place of lp pumps and HO T5 lighting should be readily available as well as aquarium bulbs.

Canada is a huge place with the two largest centres on opposite coast.

I have used http://www.bustan.ca/ in the past, not the cheapest but yeah, never hesitate to call, they might be able to do a product order for just your self.

I have used Bustan as well as Progressive Grow.
Have also used valleyindoor out of Chiliwack.

Valley indoor, Pacific Northwest Garden Supply, Progressive Growth, Canadian Wholesale Hydro and Jons Plant Factory are also good ones in BC. In order of my preference... they all have nice websites as well.

you get charged a customs fee. Sometimes this lovely bill will show up at your door with your product or you'll see it a month or two after you've received your product.

If you order on a single item or two and it is sent as a gift there isn't usually customs charges.

Its nothing crazy but it sometimes is unexpected. My last order for around 1500 usd came with an extra customs charge of $120
