It happens to me also. It happened a lot when I sent in some freebies for seedbay. That's when it happened constantly, 3-4 per week for a bit. Since then it has slowly stopped almost completely.

Same here , usually recent joiners with just enougth posts to PM , probably genuine but who are unaware of site etiquette , some forums are very different.

Nobody here has ever mentioned bud , plants or money , unlike another forum where it was the norm.

I tell them that if they really want them they could be a requested freebie or listed as BIN for server fund , the bay get the business and no risk to yourself.

Its simple, dude. Instead of posting in an open forum, you could do a little investigating on your own.

Post count, albums, how long the have been a member. Read their previous post.

Then you can decide, Ignore it ,decline, or report the noob with no post.

not here, mainly because I don't frequent this site that often, but on another forum i have gotten offers and requests for seed/and or clone trades over the years.

I think most are legit, but they could also be po-po. Since I tend to be a bit on the paranoid/extra careful side I just ignore them, though there was one instance where it sounded so fishy I reported the guy to the mods on that forum...

Best bet is to just say no.

There are plenty o' sites that actively encourage bean and cut trades - this site is not one...

I, for one, am plenty happy w/ that rule - and I pretty much chafe at ANY rules.

Want to trade??? Go find a trade friendly site.

Offer to, or solicit trades here - I'll call mods in a heartbeat.
