I run my humidity up to 70%... and I have no issues with my lamps. I also relamp every-other grow.

You're gonna need something bigger than a standard humidifier... how big is it?

Bobbles is dead on FC and suffice it ta say that 70% RH till end of stretch is paramount in importance for optimum plant health and explosive growth till swellage begins.......

There are foggers that`ll increase RH dramatically and can be plugged into external humidistats for dialed conditions 24/7 lights on or off......

DO NOT point foggers toward bare bulbs for obvious explosive reasons.....Lung rooms rule......Condition the air outside the grow areas and pump it in and suck it back out only to be reconditioned and pumped right back in ......simple...babyshit......

Environment`s EVERYTHING for a dialed setup......put it in the budget......

Good luck....DHF....:ying:.....Edit: Krusty usedta use Hydrofogger.com but Bobble`s is dead on again with larger humidifiers....

This should do the job... and it comes with a controller.

ime you need a lot of fog from ultra-sonic pond foggers. A whole house humidifier is the more economical option, and I know it'll do the job.

Thanks for the help guys. Im workin on gettin that humidity up. But im almost out of money now. Need to really budget things for the next couple months till harvest.

Ive been playin with the extraction and intake fans trying to find a happy medium between temps and humidity. If i dial the fanspeed down on my exhaust fan (10 inch HO) the humidty obviously rises. (but so does the temp). Right now i can almost run that extraction fan on low, turn off the intakes and let passive air run through and keep some humidity in the room (about 50%). But that is futile, as it changes daily. unless i want to be a human controller..lol

I forgot to say. whats more important in early flower. Air extraction or humidity? With the weather in my area right now i could hook my exhaust fan to the controller to turn on at say 78deg and off at say, 72. then the humidity would build up during the off time.
only to be sucked out though when it comes back on again.

That's a loaded question bro... There is no "more important" environmental factor. They all matter equally imo. You havto understand the physiology of the plant before you can understand how manipulating the environment will effect it's growth.

Personally I like to have the exhaust on full blast, and the intake on a speed controller. I don't use them in my rooms though... I let both fans rip full blast, and control temp and humidity with oversized equipment, cause environment is the key to growing loads of top quality ganja... And clones...

All the more reason to create a lung room to control what`s pumped in and out of the grow areas......

You`re doin fine with ambient temps , but RH levels needta be brought into focus....dialage all begins with air flow/extraction regardless of lights on or off conditions.....

Good luck ...DHF.....:ying:......

how do you figure out what size to make the lung room?

2x the sqft of the rooms it contains... So say you have 2 8x8 rooms, you're lung room should accommodate 4 8x8 rooms, including the 2 you plan on flowering in... so an 8x16 open space.. Bigger is ok too.

Dudes..im excited about this! The plants are lookin freakin good! I dont want to bore anyone with daily pics but i feel like a 12 year old with a stiffy in the lingerie section.

I know we never want to count our chickens before there hatched, but this could be a record breaker! My system is only half full...so after this harvest i will know the potential.

Thanks for listening....im stoned.

I can only imagine how you feel. That system looks beautifully put together. Give yourself a couple of runs to tinker with it and I'm sure you'll be knocking out some serious weight.

Can't believe I missed this thread before. Really amazing job on making this setup !!! And wow, that's gonna be some intense yield.

This is probably the future of indoor growing, thanks a lot for sharing your adventure !

I'll be around looking for the next record !

That's nice growth bro, system is really working well... It's going to be nuts when you load it up fully. Are you going to start to defoliate soon? Or do you leave it till later in the grow...
