Electrician- Don't worry the electrical will be on point. I have done a few builds with my electrician and he always gives me exactly what I want, no question. I have a bad ass light controller enroute, I will get pictures up when it arrives. I am OCD, and even all my slack for something like a wall fan will be tightly rolled, zip tied, and secured. No extension cords in this beast, and no cornors cut!

PD- Thanks!!! lol I am glad you are here to have my back man, if not for you I would be posting alot this winter in the frosty buds thread and it wouldn't be the right kind of frost! When the framing is finished, the electrician will come in, then insulation, then the faces of the walls. I have 45 days or so to have this done so still lots of time for the details that matter.

Absolutely love it. You have skilled construction friends. It makes me feel better knowing you alone didn't knock that all out in two days, I was thinking my 4 walls over as many hours were reallly slow at that point, lol! Keep cranking it out man. This is going onto my Goals list, but I want it in my basement. Do work!

cody2white- :joint:

thelaughingman- Thank you sir.

RomulusUSA- Thanks, and yes I do. I couldn't be happier with their work. If I was building this it would look like a fucked up chicken coop, good thing I am not! Don't worry this train don't stop, and keep your goals in site don't stop grindin.

Today ws day 3 framing. It was a half day, which I am glad I needed some down time. The drain was installed in the flower room, the ceiling supports were installed in the work area, the floor was finished, and the veg room front was finished. Four walls remain to be built before the electrician comes in. One wall is delayed until the water tank arrives. So far so good no complaints here.

The floor drain, pond liner will be tapered to the inside to create the waterproof seal:

The drain coming out of the flower room. I will be installing a shutoff valve to stop air exchange from taking place. I am going to step the PVC size down and connect a 1" Poly hose, the hose will be rolled out to the barns existing drain in my garage area when needed. Basically it will be used to streamline flushday, thats about it.

9ft ceilings in the work area, walls will be next:

Thanks Major! I just came in from there, got to spend my first quiet time in there and visualize layout as far as water/soil storage, workbenches, shelves, equpiment placement, ballast load center, and ducting. Have to go imagine so I can get electrical installed in ideal locations. The picture in my head is taking more and more shape, I can see the future and it says bad ass. Can't explain how excited I am.

The Sour Bubbles are getting potted up form 3/4 gallon pots to 3 gallons sometime in the next few days. They are already looking good, the clones I took were massive branches so the stumps are HUGE even in their small pots. Also they have had one topping and recovered.

You really gotta appreciate builds like this when people plan details out and do it right instead of hacking something in that almost works.

I am envious though, I've been wanting to buy some property and build a setup that is almost double your square footage but using stadiums which would use about the same power with better coverage on light movers. Your building has a tall enough ceiling to raise the inner ceiling and get some serious stadiums too.

themedman- thanks for making me curious on what orbs you were talking about. I actually discarded quite a few photos because there were so many, the one picture I used wasn't as bad as the others. I had put my girlfriends/my dog down in the same 24 hours I took those pictures, perhaps it was her :) Also I go out of my way to create positive energy for myself all the time so I hope that shit is building up! thanks for stopping by.

Stress test- This is my toned down version of what I was wanting to build, I did the numbers and basically decided not to be any more greedy. I could handle a larger load and it sucks the laws prevent me from reaching my true potiential but for now this is going to do :) Thanks for stopping in.

coming along..personally would have just blown up every square inch of the space, but it seems like you are trying to stay within numbers eh? so you'll need that long veg. i recently saw a similar sized space(30' by 50'ish?) with 72 600s in it. granted, they are doing 16 a light with just a couple weeks veg in the same space, and flipped.

the excel systems are nice. ever see their motorized damper package? i recently grabbed one of those, and i used it on my last run, and it worked great. cheaper way to double the flower power. i love excel systems! i own a couple now, and they have always treated me great..

good luck with everything my man. you def. do your journals right..unlike myself :(

orbs

orbs

theres 1 pick in the first set in between your 'looking up/looking down"remarks,

the others are scattered during your build.

all ancient and modern architecture display orbs when they harness tesla energy. its alleged mayan and egyptian temples were built using free energy the the orbs or energy balls, but there are also many other theories. they are luminous balls with geometric shapes inside, see for yourself lol, mm

yes4prop215- good to see you. I did man I dove right in, something had to be done. My neighborhood was deteriating and we didn't feel safe. Also we really needed some more space we had literally outgrown our house lol. I was looking at commercial spaces and decided that a house with a polebarn and privacy would be better, two birds one stone. OVS is a bitch, happens to me all the time. I found out growing sour bubble and pre95 sensi star fixes that problem.

ISMOKE.KUSH- yeah I have to keep my plant count within my legal limits. I am legal for 72 and my girlfriend is legal for 12 soon to be 24. So 96 all together. I am going to cycle 32 plants, keep up to 12 moms, and use 24 for breeding/seed popping. Believe me the thought has crossed my mind, and my flower room is upgradeable to 20K shoud I ever get the itch. I basically did the numbers and cut my self off, I am pretty damn efficient at this and I don't miss a beat so my yearly procduction will be sexy. I had to ask myself the question how much is to much. So what I have here is enough to keep me happy. This will get me through the next few years + and then I hope to move on to greenhouses deep in the woods living off the land.

Cannabinoholic- thanks

medman- they are everywhere lol. Not sure what it is but if it is positive energy I wouldn't be suprised and I will take it!

Lone Wolf- Fun to dismantle? hell yes it will be lol. Hoping to secure the place I am in as of right now by the time my time is up. So maybe I won't have to but even so it takes money to make money, a day dismantling is no problem. Thanks for the rep but don't worry about the 3gallon pot size, as of right now I have to make best use of space I am vegging in so they will work great. I will let them lambaste in the 10 gallons for some time before they get flipped so no worries.

Today jack shit is happening accept setting up appoinments for deliverys and electrical panel installation. The framing will get finished up next week sometime, panel will be put in in about 10 days, electrician should have it wired in 14. After that I will finish off the walls/insulation,painting, and flooring. Equpiment soon after and then things will get interesting. Hoping to have things close to finished in 4 weeks, I have to wait until early December to get 4K of my lighting since right now they are growing SSK nugs in my RDWC. Now to finish this fatty of chem D and sit on my ass.

PK YES dude! Inspiring and teaching us all. Quality is evident. A few things i wonder.

Why are you using the OSB board? Is it preferable to drywall or plywood because it is easier to work with/cheaper? Any other reason?
Also can you explain the need for the vapor barrier again? And/or describe the layers of the walls from outside-inside the growroom? I think i got it, Plywood-insulation-vapor-OSB board-reflective poly?

Thanks for the well displayed thread/build!
