would the results be the same if you watered it in .instead of spraying? i guess spraying uses less. i dont like spraying in flower myself. the sprayed plants look better

Looking good pal. I have been trying to research this stuff, but have not really been able to find anything, other than the trademark applications. and like everyone said, the sprayed plants definitely look a lot more full of crystals.

Superman: yes you can mix this with your nutes. My Rez is Runnin about 1200 ppm and this stuff really bumps up the parts.the invigor8's npk is 2-4-6 silica .25%
The resin8 is 0-20-26 1.0% silica ... I am srrayin the R8 now.
Caution due to the 8 clones had me spraying the wrong product first.

AOD: these products are not yet on the market. Check out excell LG by organics Lab new name is/will be 'Plant Doctor' many of the same ingredients I understand..

SSH: I had dropped this in the side by side forum minus the manufactures name but after a week of no reply I assumed I picked the wrong forum...I am Tryin to adhere to the principles of a true side by...that's why I am riskin my clones.... Pal

so its nutes and silica basically. i like the ratios on resin8 similar to what i use but i use protekt with 7.8 silicon. very interesting.i water mine in . maybe i will do a comparison foliar vrs soil drench and see if i see a diff.

I believe the foliar sillica provides a foundation for the trichome..Organicides Plant docter is a part of my rez/nutes..

Seein very noticable increases in Trichome density and overall size..With the naked eye

but how does it smoke? i would be worried about residue. maybe a fresh water spray? how long into flowering do you plan to use it? i find anything applied after some buds have really formed hard to remove and using lots of water to try and remove residue is problematic if not monitored closely.

I hav yet to smoke any of this run..The excel lg seemed to leave nothing behind while I was battling PM...
I NEVER sprayed anything before now, just for that reason Supe...I am sprayin with fresh water between weeks, and will stop as buds get larger..Probally about half way through..My contact says it is not a problem..this does seem to absorb quickly and leave no visible residue..

Next week back to the Invigor...

know what they are, there are way to many CHEMS
in stash thats why i only smoke my own
Thanks for shareing !!!

Nope to the PM...never had it till this summer..The new expansion from becomming legal ;)

I used Excel LG (plant doctor) in my war,and one thing led to another which led to this thread
This is from Organic Labs,Not monsanto

Something I guess I should state here..My PATIENTS are not connisuers/snobs.. they are terminal..Relief is more important than a nuanced smoke...I make medicine

I dont know if its just my eyes, but it definitely seems like a bigger difference was noticed at the beginning. Prolly common sense, but I wonder if it basiccally just jumpstarts the creation of it, and it starts sooner.....Hmmmm.....more to think about while I am not doing school work. Keep it green pal.

so do you think you are achieving more resin by spraying than would be accomplished by watering it in? is the spraying they key? thanks man

YosemiteSam

I quit watering in Si a while back. Watered in the SiO3 acts just like a carbonate...that is it buffers the pH of your media up making for a constant fight to keep it where you want it. To me it just simply is not worth fighting with in the fertigation water.

I do, however, spray my plants a couple of times with 2 grams per litre of AgSil 16. It is very effective at warding off PM. I have not noticed any increase in trichomes although it does seem like they come on faster.

Just my observation.

0-20-24 organic???
the silica silicon difference is possibly the organic form from the synthetic. silica is a rock though and i dont know if the plant can readily absorb it foliarly? i know in my silica blast there are shiny floaties everywhere, and i just dont see the plant injesting those larger pieces.

AOD..yes sir it looked the same way to me,as far as over all trich production..at 40x you can really see a difference in size the sprayed are much larger...The control is really packin on the cyrstals also.. so maybe this should be tried on some other strain..somethin less dank :tiphat:

Greenluv: I KNOW!!!! these gurls are nasty sticky!!!

Hey Superman you are welcome K+ brudda: Yes I think what YosemiteSam said makes a certain sense..putting the sillica right wher it is used...Thanks YS

Hey D4nk thanks for stoppin by..These products have no floaties that I hav noticed..The Invigor8 does have a bit of a stink,so it must be organic ;)
