Hey guys long time lurker of ICMAG and Coco Forum!

I finally decided to take the Coco Dive and post my first Journal... Hopefully I can get some helpful feedback


My Current Setup:

Flowering Room
2x 600w Digital Green House (Digital Ballast)
2x AgroMax 600 watt 95,000 Lumens. (190,000 Lumens total Output!!!)
Hydrofarm Growzilla Dual Bulb Reflector
Agromax 5 x 5 Growtent
Active Air 8" Inline Fan (Exhaust)
Active Air 4" Inline Fan (Intake)

My Coco mix is
Royal Gold Tupur
Royal Gold Basement Mix
Mixed together

Current Feeding Schedule
9ml /g GH Flora Bloom
6ml /g GenH Flora Micro
5ml /g TechnaF MagiCal
5ml /g MadF Humic Acid
5ml /g MadF Silica
PH'd to 5.5-5.8
I Feed Every Other Day for the time being.

Hey thanks for stopping in. My high and Low are 77-68. 50% RH w/out my Dehumidifier on 35-40% when it kicks on. I got the Reflector online. Its the Hydrofarm Growzilla Dual Bulb Reflector.

Thanks I spent a lot of time researching and collecting those strains. I tried doing research on the growzilla but couldn't find one journal so looks like I'll have to do the testing

The inside dimensions are 4.5 x 4.5 must have same tent. I wanted to do a 1000w but I already had 2 digital 600ws

Really like the idea of the scrog & having plants on the side. Gives you plenty of options for a variety of strains.


Nice collection of strains. How do you like the Afghani Bullrider? A very hyped strain I've always been interested in, what do you think of her?

Looking forward to seeing the Sour Dub flowered too! Heard many good things about that cut.

i've got two wappa's, so i'm thinking of doing one on a coco nute line, but haven't made up my mind.

will def be stickin around for this.

i've run lucas for years, far majority GH 3 part. some PBP and others tho too. sometimes additives, but back to pure eventually.

density is fine, DANK. like many others who have done 'bare bones' nute sessions (heath robinson, h3ad, lots more) i've found the environment / genetics to be the biggest factor.

i've run lucas for close to 8 years. it's what i do, and density is definitely not a problem.

i use a pk boost in late flower tho, 0-30-50 MOAB.

rezdog based his rezipe off h3ads (i've seen claimed otherwise, but timestamps pretty much show the real deal), it's entirely possible and worthy of growers of note also.

that's a tahoe, lucas 8/16 5gal dwc. 5 days of MOAB in week 6 and 1 in week 8. cut at 9 1/2 weeks.
3.7 oz very dense nugs. i could have put 2-3 more under that 600, but i am growin out a bunch of different strains to select mothers right now.

I have a 3x3 scrog atm because I was running a 600w over it last grow and didn't have the resourches to go with a 4x4 this grow.
I think eventually those side plants are going to get in the way

This is my first run with Afghani Bullrider, but my friend grew her out and took her at like 46 days. I had a sample and holy crap for how short of a flower that bitch is POTENT.

The Sour Dubble is by far one of the most tasty plants I've smoked. The taste lingers on the tongue for awhile. And the high is very clean and happy.

Are you using MH and HPS at the same time?

Unfortunately not this run. I've already spent to much on equipment this go around. I do have a Dual Arc Bulb (300w HPS / 300w MH) But I feel I'm losing way to much light and to much extra heat for just 300watts of MH. Not worth it in my opinion.

I totally agree I think density really comes down to Environment 70%, Strain 20%, Nutes additives 10%. If your looking for increased yield get the environment dialed in first, then worry about the 10% from additives.

No problem man, things are looking very nice!


A 4'x4' screen will be SICK, but sure you'll do just fine with the 3'x3'. Side plants might get big, but looks like you have things well under control.


That's very similar to what I've heard about the Bullrider, good to hear similar stories. Can't wait to see her growing & hear what you think.

yeah, i'll be putting up a journal soonish. i'm building a 3x4 table (left over wood) and a 4x4 screen to put above it.

with all the different strains it should be an interesting ride. one of my burmese kush and one fire og grew 6" worth of roots out of their netpot 'airpots', so they're in a 5gal dwc right now. the other kushes will be coco and it'll be interesting to see a strict side by side dwc vs coco.

coco has hydro like growth, dwc will outdo it, definitely, but it'll be neat to see. bout 3 weeks of veg on those then to flip.

i had a bullrider cut years ago when i lived in SD. Fn amazing strain. i have a p91 cut, but i don't think it's the real deal. it could be. but it's likely not.
