No one should be surprised by this move. They started in Cali and are working their way east. I am sure that we will be seeing more of these bust in medical states thru out the nation.
40-50 cops lollygagging around playing with plants...meanwhile crack cocaine, meth, and oxycontin continue to flood into the streets of denver uninhibited..

if your in a med MMJ state get legal because if your poped after you belong to the MMJ program {medical nesesity is your defense}. if your poped with out belonging to the MMJ program well you get the picture eh.
This is very true....my wife and I both have our rec's...but I refuse to go get the state issued card...nothing but bad shit can happen from the local and fed gov knowing who and where I am...
in michigan if your one plant over or one gram over or if the door to your grow was left unlocked even if your working in it at the time and they come in then they THROW OUT any medical defense and your tried like you never had a card.
so its not like that everywhere but if you get caught with a smoke sack you get to leave -=P
This wouldn't be necessary if we would legalize. In a small defence of the bust these people were bad players. Colorado is doing it's best to regulate and figure out the MMJ industry. In CO one needs a MMJ card to be a legal user, a business license (regulations)to be a grower, a business license (more regulation) to be a dispensary. These licenses are very expensive along with the proper setup of the grow and the dispensary. This puts legal operations at quite a competitive disadvantage. These aforementioned people were also busted 4 months ago and still didn't have a license yet. There is evidence they were shipping to other states. So far the state (with fed help) are busting the most outrageous operations that don't have the proper licenses. So be legal and it is time to legalize pot.

I guess it's safe to say they are doing this as a way to implement their plans to distribute their bud that they grew with private corporations, maybe sativex I say this because the DEA doesn't have a problem with them and they have a large ground of plants. I remember also reading a few months back how a company was allowed by the DEA to grow cannabis but why I can't remember or didn't get an answer. I don't know but this sounds like a move street dealers do. You run everyone out of town with some violence and set up shop only the gov. uses law and papers.
Mark my word within a year or two you would hear the gov. talk about there is medical use for cannabis, they will have their own certified dispensaries set up and charging and arm and a leg for mids and NO CONCENTRATES or strong edibles because they may work too well and they need you to come back and also need you dependent on the other drugs that are more powerful than their bud and everything can keep going on as normal for them. This is just an effort to get rid of competition and get extra money. It's not a moral thing because they don't work on morals only financial.

This is so true. After they go after the dispensaries, what is there to stop them from going after the MMJ card holders?
The Fed and the State are running huge deficits. It is really easy to see what is coming next!
been saying this for awhile now...its not about us being legal or medical, (we all know this plant is as safe as it gets). Its all about the gov and big pharma getting theirs and to hell with the rest of us..
It will only change when we stand up to gov and not a minute before. The big issue with joining forces is the gov have the majority of the people running with their tails between their legs..most will talk a mean line of shit, until its time to back that line up and then they usually piss down their leg...
