i got a cut of the louie, and waited 4 weeks for roots.. Never saw them, but the plant still looked fine. So i transplanted it anyway... Maybe another 3weeks or so and i started seeing new growth... Then i treated everything with Bayer, for root aphids... The little Louie didnt like that too much, and went into stasis for another month or 2... Basically ive had this louie cut for 5-6months, and its not even 6inches tall. LOL Its finally starting to get some vigor tho

Sounds like Louie needs to be crossed with something! Maybe V18(Black)? Keep the lemon theme going?

I wouldn't say louie has a weak root system.
fwiw i had always had issues rooting ogs, after reading a post by smoketrees i now clone it using rapid rooters/ready gro and have roots in 8-12 days...i use that blue rapidgrow root burst powder.

Wow...I never heard "embolisim" used when talking clones. Some time in the floral industry made me familiar with cutting stems under water to avoid such a thing and when I do clones I cut and coat with rooting gel immediately.

Unrelated...it's day 25 of a cannabis consumption break for me. Day 3 is always the hardest...but I'm really fu@kin ready to spark up. I am not ashamed to say cannabis makes my life better on many levels. Someone, Everyone burn a load for me & truly appreciate your ability to enjoy San Diegos Finest!

Any of you SD guys have recent pics of Larry OG clone?
this is what I have as the Larry. I know shes hungry, wasover watered for a while and had to manually drain all my cubes. I believe it is because I am in an uninsulated garage and the temps lately have not allowed for enough water evaporation? Don't know why this is, Humble never has a problem. same medium. Could it be because I am in an uninsulated garage and the temps lately have not allowed for enough water evaporation? anyways tonight, We will feed her. This is also one of the cuts I nursed back from Clone Queen, most of which wasted my time All of the headband OGs, freaked out at anything I did so stayed stunted, Just now getting one into flower tonight after a month.

Sounds like louie needs to go outside for a few weeks.
I have used this trick for plants with issues and it always brings them around.

diddo that trees, if you please. i'm trying to get word on my headband cut and i guess he may know who has it if no one around here does...

done and done!! By the way those rooted /shhhh.

On another note I had some outdoor and found some botrytis on the terminal cola and had to cut it off. It was the polecat x rainman. Cleaned of the botrytis and sun dried for one day and was tasty and stoney. That stuff is a keeper. Cant wait for all this outdoor to be done. Clone queen called me back the other day and was like I am the new manager and we wondered if you could call us back and talk to us about the problems you had and see if we can fix it. F that screw me once shame on me screw me twice......I say Fukem.
On to newer and better things is my hope for you guys, Peace!

So i was feeling left out with all these cool projects going on so thanks to a SDF MVP i was able to acquire some Valley OG pollen to cross with a Blackwater OG, Platinum OG & Deadhead OG.

My ultimate hope is to get a Platinum cross that maintains the yield, bud structure and crystals but the smell of the Valley. The other crosses are just extra b/c i have never flowered them before... but they look very promising at 3 weeks.

I hope i did it right because breeding is not my specialty.

Here are the 3 sisters - Left to Right: BlackWater, Platinum & Deadhead

Blackwater

Platinum

Deadhead

Here we go. I will keep you guys posted the project progresses.

Obviously any keepers that come from this will be family property. ..and by family i mean given to everyone.

I was looking at pollinating a Tahoe as well today and that just stuck in my head.

See I am messing this project up already!
