First, I would split the 2500 dollar figure in half. Then, I would spend $1250 on what I want now. That would keep me busy for a couple years. Long enough to realize that waiting to buy the remainder later was a brilliant move because, once again, I could buy the seeds that I want now.
How do I know this? I had a $1200 self imposed spending limit on my addiction. It's been a year and a half since I reached my cap and managed to quit buying beans no matter how badly I wanted more . I still have 75% of my beans in cold storage, and I wish I had split the dough into portions to be spent over time. The seeds I'd pick today, aren't necessarily the same as what I'd have picked three years ago, if even they were created yet.

If I had that kind of scratch for seeds I think I would see if I could send it in and have a $2500 credit on my account and buy seeds as I wanted them. I would be good for a few years easy.
i'd use the scratch to build a room for the boys.
