People/Friends that think it's OK to bring their dog to your house when they visit. (I love dogs, but I have 5 cats and a dog that doesn't like other dogs).

People I'm behind that will not do 55, but when you get to the 25 MPH zone, they still do 45 MPH.

When I come home an find my wife has a 1500 watt space heater goin because I have the thermostat set at 68,It's digital and she can't figure it out.. Come on babe..... electricity consumption, we talked about this. 68 is comfy...go outside for a bit in the minus 0 temps then come back in and enjoy the 68. I'm fortunate my woman loves me .

Yup, gotta agree with that.
Nothing more annoying than someone in back of you on a checkout line, talking right in your ear, as if you are not there.
Not to mention taxi drivers who ignore you and talk on the phone in a foreign language.
I bought a cell phone jammer for these occasions, and the looks on the people's faces when you shut them down is priceless. Works great in the post office too, when you are on line and ten different people are carrying on conversations.
Not to mention that cell phones are really tracking devices.
There are so many things annoying about cell phones, that it's annoying just to think about it.
