forget the current situation, let's look to the future situation.

pot smokers/med patients are criminal then and now, the federal boys create a schism with which they can play both sides. they intimidate the potheads, then link guns back to same and use it as a means to further prohibition of firearms.
with the potheads who cower and waffle on the 2nd amendment issue and abandon the rights of ownership in favor of the sacred herb...you have already lost your rights.
for the gun owner who will not tolerate those longhair drug smoking creeps about to fuck up their 2nd amendment rights, they got you too.
NRA will come out tattered but not torn, they will remain as long as LEO is their ticket.

The last thing I want is my name in a registration system as being a cannabis consumer. It may seem like a nice deal now, but times always change. I've been incognito for forty years now and see little reason to come out of hiding. Why tell them what I do and where to come find me?

The firearm application asks if your addicted to Marajuana - so answer NO. just because you use it doesnt mean your an addict. The Problem stem from idiot retarded MF'er trying to use their Medical Cannabis card as State ID for the ID part of the firearms application.

DONT get the State Card .................then your not in any database.
And I believe California and Federal HIPA laws protect such information from becoming public knowledge

The judiciary is getting a little tired of the little piggies continually stepping on their toes and violating peoples rights. Might get thrown out for that reason alone. Thank them oinkers for creating huge fraud, waste, and abuse. Just what this country needs right now.

As far as I am concerned to make this federally official this is grounds for war and ousting the government. I am researching how to do this peacefully right now, and I hoping millions of Americans will catch on to whats going on soon and start a massive revolt. a million people in every capital city should storm government buildings and police stations and jail their top 20 members of all three branches of government and the people in DC area should do this to the federal government. In their cells with all the other felons they can wait for their trials for treason, and a jury of their peers will decide if they are guilty. Unlike millions of Americans they will actually get a fair trial. Money won't help them because we will use the asset forfeiture laws against them and tell them to taste their own fucking medicine. Also all there lackeys will be on trial too. I hope they have fun using the worst public defender we can get away with just as they did to millions of poor people.

This is me. "Hello white, racist, fascist, judge of minorities meet your public defender, Omar Hussein Jefferson. He told me his professional opinion while we were toking a joint earlier. He said you fucked, you are Fu uCKED! lol sucka bitch." then a slap in his old bigoted face.

this is bullshit. i just got raided by the feds and they said nothing about the 5 rifles we had loaded up and were shooting when they raided. ganja plants were 30ft from where we were target shooting. plus they found a loaded 22 under my bed and a 45 loaded at my boys spot. none of us were charged with anything but the cultivation of marijuana. i think it depends what state your in. up here in Maine everyone owns guns. if you dont. then thats your problem

i will always be packin even if they say i cant its my right to bear arms written on the constitution so fuck the feds and anyone else trying to change this shit. we have the right to bear arms incase of tyranny in gov which is happening right now. ima go smoke a fatty and fire off the ak but first im calling the number on this article and giving these boys a piece of my mind fuckin assholes

This is illegal and will not fly. I'm laughing my ass off at this. I don't think the ATF can just send out notices informing gun dealers they have to comply with some ass hats personal agenda.

The State Card in Cali is useless for ID-- It does not have your name on it...only a picture and a number for them to verify--

lets change the wording a bit

"so, you are generally relaxed and peaceful through herbal means?"

"no gun for you!"

The state AG here in michigan turned over patient records to the feds - or so I read somewhere. They could just as easily put your name on their "no gun for you" list to keep you from buying new ones. Although I don't foresee them coming to your door and demanding your firearms.

On another note, I've been hearing about people who are losing their drivers license due to having a mmj card. Basically like admitting to drugged driving they say. Since mj stays in your system so long, even if you haven''t smoked, they still consider you in violation.

err....
