Well to be perfectly honest: I really don't think that exhaust fan is gonna be very "stealth".
I use those same fans and they certainly aren't quiet or stealthy enough to use in a hide-away grow op, and if the in/out air flow aren't tuned pretty good then one end or the other will howl or whistle.
You can do it tho. But you will need to gather a few tools together. A 6" and a 2" hole saw should be close to the top of the list.
Also, if that fan isn't mounted with rubber spacers between it and the wall it's mounted to; it will vibrate and make quite a bit of noise.
